Today I drove a half hour out of my way to try a Firestone tire center and happily I found not only one of the most polite staff but an award-winning center. It was hard for me explain what was going on with my car but I had an idea and I was able to convey the idea to one of the service writers and he assured me he would find the problem and guess what he did. Not only did he find the problem but he confirmed my original thought that I had bent rims. Due to the fact that I had the problem before and had it repaired it was easy to identify i just needed it confirmed taking it to a Firestone tire center was one of the best things that Ive ever did . I met a great staff that was more than happy to help me with no appointment as long as a had a little time. The mechanics at this particular service center knew at a glance exactly what the problem was identified it to me and confirmed that I was correct and advised me on what they could do to just make it feel a little better but told me upfront that more than likely they would only be able to make it a little better. Bent rims are understandably something they dont do and Im ok with that. My real problem is that I took it to my local Firestone and told them what happened and all they did was point out a bad review that I gave them due to a problem that I had at their store and offer to help me out charging me $50 to rebalance four of my tires and that only made the problem worse ( how dont you see bent rims) when I told them to look for them. Sometimes employees of big-name companies make those big-name companies look bad but on the other hand there are some people that genuinely care and represent there product and take their customer care very serious and the proof is in the pudding Im counting on their wall as Im writing this review they have six awards of recognition for outstanding customer service and thats proof youre in the right place. Its hard to compliment one person when the team as a whole did a great job. Oh and at no charge and never once complained that they were handling another centers problem and I respect them for that because they stepped up and represented Firestone.

Former employee at this location. I would not recommend ever going here the shop manager tom doesnt even know how to check oil and will sell you parts you dont need. The techs dont follow through on correct repair procedures like using correct torque on jobs and bleeding brakes. They will do the bare minimum to get you out the door even if there are safety concerns. Theres plenty of decent shops within a quarter mile of there so take your car there. There back room where they keep the tires is flooded and the will sell you these damaged tires no problem. I got in the business to help people not to fill my pockets illegitimately so just consider my advice.

As a woman, I always feel like automotive repair companies are taking advantage of me. I usually try to get two opinions on major things. The second opinion is always Firestone and always cheaper than the dealer. I want to thank Cody for being so kind every time I come there. All the guys are nice. They take their time to explain what needs to be done and Ive even gone to them and been told I did not need service that the dealer swore was necessary. KUDOS to YOU GUYS!

Honest, efficient, friendly. I made an appointment first thing in the morning in the interest of getting in and out. I told them I have a slow leak and described my tire. They offered a comparable tire $80 less than dealer. When I dropped it off at 7:00 AM they asked if its ok to have it done by 8:30 AM. At 8:20 AM they called and said there was a shard of metal and they patched the tire for one-fifth of the estimated cost. Again: honest.

Never had a problem with Firestone. Granted some of the techs are young, but they have diagnosed and fixed numerous problems with my vehicle. The prices are a little high but the quality that comes along with their repairs are unmatched. Ive had major engine problems diagnosed that other shops couldnt figure out. Tire repairs are super quick and usually have a couple of options to save ya some cash.

Great service. Tyler Frank and Tom are all good guys. I didnt really get to talk to the guy who did the work but if he is anything like then Im sure its fine. Ill be going back for 3 more tires. I got 2 tires the lower ball joint and alignment. Cant say enough about these guys they really took care of me

I told them to leave my car outside for an after hours pick up. I came to pick up and my car is locked inside their building and Im stranded in 33 degree weather!! Called customer service but nothing they can do. WTF

Will never go back. Refused to mount brand new tires because they didnt have the "sticker" on the tire. Gave me some idiotic "liability" reason. Told them i would sign a paper but still no.
