Took a company truck here for an oil change and a tire rotation at 10:30am . Called ahead of time to make sure that they would have time to do it. Was told they would have plenty of time to bring it in. When I got there I asked him if I could wait or would it take longer. He said it shouldnt take too long I could wait in the waiting room. Was then told about an hour and a half later that its going to take a lot longer because other jobs were taking longer than expected. They said they would call me when the truck was done. I had my wife pick me up and bring me home. At 6 PM I called them because they never called me. They said they still have not gotten to it yet but would bring it in right away. And they would call when it is finished. They never called. I went there right before closing time figuring it had to be done by now. when I got there the truck was not finished and they told me I would have to bring it back another day. I told them that my job alotted me the time to have it done today and bringing it back another day was really not an option because it would have to be on my own time. After talking to the nighttime manager he agreed he would do the oil change but I would still have to bring it back for tire rotation. Was not offered any discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Ive been to this location many times and never had any trouble. I will never be returning.

I came here because it was close to my job and my dealership couldnt get me in to fix my window that was stuck in my drivers side door panel. I made an appointment for 4pm, and I came in a few minutes early. It took forever for them to get to me and then when the guy finally did, he told me that it would take at least 90 minutes to look at what was wrong with my car and the mechanics were leaving at 5. NOTE: the website says you can book an appointment up until 8:00pm, so why not SAY that on the website? But thats a different story. I said to him, "Its kind of an emergency, I literally have no window right now," and they wouldnt even do anything about it. No apology or nothing. Some of the rudest customer service Ive received. So I went to my local Meineke and the guy there told me exactly what was wrong with my window without even looking at it. Fixed it the next morning. Long story short: I do not trust these guys. They are rude and unaccommodating, and I would never come back. Stick to your dealership or a Meineke if its short notice.

Our trucks back axle snapped, and we had it towed to the Pep Boys in Woodbury, NJ. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant, and they took the time to show us exactly what had happened and what work needed to be done. Sadly, the work cost more than our old truck was worth, so we chose not to have it repaired. However, there was no pressure on us and they let us leave our truck safely in their shop until we decided what to do with it. Alec especially went out of his way to help us look into other options (donations, trade ins, etc.). I highly recommend this Pep Boys and its excellent mechanics and staff.

Prompt service during weekday. Quick turnaround time for power steering replacement job. Prices seemed more expensive than I expected. Were able to procure Ford parts very quickly from dealership down the street.
