My second perfect experience from Toyota of Vineland! When coming in to the dealership, I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND that you ask to see Jesse Callahan... From the time spent working with me to make sure I well informed on any decision I chose to make; to the attentiveness and pure customer service... He was an INCREDIBLE salesperson to work with!! There were NONE of the super pushy sales techniques I have so often seen with many associates at other dealerships. He made me feel comfortable in asking questions, and was more than willing to work with me to find the right vehicle. Instead of being pushed towards something I may not have been comfortable with, he took the time to find out what I was looking for, and where I needed to be to be comfortable with whatever purchase I made. In the end, I was able to find the PERFECT vehicle for me (and one that I had been looking for, for quite sometime); 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser! JESSE took the time to test drive several different vehicles with me, so that I had the benefit of knowing, and getting a feel for, anything that I was even just slightly interested in. After all, you never really know until you get behind the wheel! Jesse was a very personable sales associate, and made the whole experience one that I was comfortable with, and can look forward to in the future when its time for another truck! This was the second vehicle Ive purchased with Toyota of Vineland, and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with both experiences! They took the time to work with me; made sure that I was where I needed to be, and made every effort to make sure I was in a comfortable buying environment! Compliments to this dealership on a wonderful job, yet again! And my thanks to JESSE for an awesome truck-buying experience! I hope youre still around when its time for another one!!

When I was looking for a new car I sent an e-mail to pretty much every dealership in New Jersey. My e-mail was responded to by Peter Gold, from internet sales. Out of every dealership only two were able to provide an out the door price that was actually lower then the internet price. Toyota of Vineland was able to beat every other price and list all of the fees, taxes, and give me an accurate end price. That was the same price that was listed on my papers when I left with our car. When I got to the dealership the car was ready and we were introduced to our salesperson Manny who took us for a lengthy test drive which my wife and I both took part in. Once we agreed to purchase the car the paperwork took less then two hours. There was no pushy negotiations, no attempts to push extended warranties or GAP insurance. Nobody tried to sell us anything or pressure us in any way. With all the paperwork completed the Finance Manager simply walked us through the contracts and we were out the door. After numerous bad experiences with dealerships, pressure tactics, and broken promises this was the first positive experience buying a car. I would recommend Toyota of Vineland and specifically Peter and Manny to friends and family. Ive never walked out of a dealership and not felt like I wasnt ripped off. This was a truly enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back for our next car!

I went in on Black Friday sales week to catch the deals on a new Prius Prime. Met Bill and started the process. He knew very little about the car, and told me all he had training wise on it, was a 10 question e-learning. OK, the car is new and you are selling it, but you know only know generalities of it. I was very nice and kept my opinion to myself. As we were looking at the car another salesman came by and said to Bill "Prime Real Estate", professionalism all but gone at that point in my mind. I let it play out with the test drive. All was well until we sat down to do the numbers. I was asked to sign this "worksheet" that binds me to purchase the car if the price was agreed upon. I said sorry Im not signing anything until we talk numbers, financing, and incentives without any salesman tricks. The salesman "Bill" did a 180 and proceeded to give me his education background, and told me he is not a salesman. And if I generalize all salesman together I am insulting his intelligence. He walked away from the 30k sale right after the "speech", and we walked out the door. Thanks Toyota, but no thanks. Have some professionalism on the floor, and tell them to check their egos at the door before starting work. We went over to Chevy and bought a Volt, DIRECTLY after leaving Toyota. The customer is not right at this dealership. Go elsewhere!

Very positive experience working with Peter Gold, and his manager Joe Kalitz during a recent purchase of a Scion FRS. They were prompt and efficient in responding to my requests during my initial and subsequent online inquiries along with setting up a convenient appointment time at the dealership. In addition, I feel both Harry Klekos and his manager Felix Afanador tried very hard to come up with a deal within my budget and, I never really felt pressured. The deal did turn out to cost a little more than I had planned but in all fairness, the guys at this dealership really tried to "get it done" even within the restrictive Scion "pure pricing" guidelines. I also want to say, that Tom the finance guy didnt try to nickel and dime me for add-ons in the financing phase of the process, other than a question asking if I wanted to add "gap" insurance. This was very much appreciated. At delivery, the car was impeccable and included a full tank of gas. All in all, I would recommend this dealership as a fair, friendly, efficient and honest organization. Having purchased and leased many cars over the last 30 years from some dishonest and unscrupulous dealers and salespeople, dealing with this group was a refreshing change and I commend the Toyota-Scion of Vineland team for their praiseworthy efforts.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Toyota of Vineland for a number of years having purchased 3 vehicles, the most recent a 14 Avalon. All car dealerships could take a lesson from Toyota of Vineland. They really do treat you as if you are an honored guest with sincerity, professionalism and total honesty. Their strongest attribute is the service department. All work, whether under warranty or not, is done right the first time and they do not nickel and dime you to death. I especially appreciate the free shuttle service and when I decide to wait for the car, I use the lounge as my "office" iutliizing provided Wi-Fi. Just last week, I stopped in to make an appointment as part of the undercarriage shield in the front of my Avalon had come loose and needed to be reattached. Ed Doughty, the service manager immediately took a look at the problem, obtained tools and actually fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Talk about personal service! Finally, if you know Bob McCormick, the VP & General Manager, you get an idea of why this particular dealership wins such high praise. He is a fastidious individual that demands nothing but the best from his employees setting incredibly high standards. Buying a Toyota brand vehicle anywhere else is very wrongheaded.
