I LOVED my experience at Gateway Kia. First, they tended to my quirky needs. The moment I walked through the door I said "I need the tallest sales rep you have" because I needed a car that would fit my 65 father. They led me to my salseman Lee who was absolutely wonderful and polite. He listened to my needs, my concerns, and listed my options that I would have on a car. Im a college student, I work, I go to school, I pay rent, Im just starting off and its hard to find a car within my budget. Lee did it though! He was so patient with me. When a payment plan didnt pan out we would find other options. He took his time, ran around, and finally I found my dream car! I bought a used 2010 Kia Soul +. The car is GREAT. And the sales reps, accountants, and managers are GREAT too. So are the mechanics that work on the car. They tell you straight up the realistic number. They dont BS you at all. Lee is very honest and his managing staff is very welcoming. :) I know my parents will be going back with their trade in thats for sure! I highly recommend Gateway Kia, any Kia vehicle, and if possible dealing with Lee.

If I could leave a negative number of stars it would be some in the minus 70 to 75 range. I went there on a Saturday. I drove an optima and I told my salesman Rob Lucern that I liked the car and that it was on my list of options. He asked me why I was there, so I restated that it was on my list of cars to drive. I asked him about the price of the car and he told me that it was on the window. I asked what kid of incentives there were on the car, and he said KIA doesnt really do that. He started talking about the warranty. I asked about a dealer discount and he told me they dont really do that anymore. He did tell me that if I wanted the car that he would only Charge me sticker price... WOW ! only!?!? Then he told me that I needed to make a move fast because the Optima is a "HOT" model, and that car wouldnt last. I was so disgusted by his attitude, that I felt dirty and just wanted to shower. The really crazy part is the sales manager was standing within ear shot of the conversation. The happy ending is I ended up getting a new Ford at a much better price

I learned about Gateway Kia in Warrington the other evening while watching their commercial. They offered great specials and stated that they would work hard to get the deal done, even if previously turned down by another dealership. I made an inquiry on the website after finding a vehicle and Kathy followed up in less than thirty minutes to schedule my appointment. I was hesistant about driving so far from where I lived to purchase a car when, esp. since other Kia Dealerships were nearby. I was greeted as soon as I entered and everyone was friendly and smiled. My salesperson Chris, the Sales Mgr. & Finance Mgr. got my deal done and I am extremely happy with my first new Hybrid! Having sold cars in the past in another state as a salesperson and dealer, I was EXTREMELY happy with the entire experience, from arrival to purchase. Everything promised was delivered and it was definitely worth the drive! I highly recommend the military purchase their Kias from this dealership! :) :) :)

Youve been warned - find another Kia Dealer to buy from and more importantly, get your KIA serviced! Gateway Kia Warringtons service department is in complete chaos, which may be because of the utter incompetence of the Service management OR the Technicians being clueless on how to fix their own vehicles. Short version of events AFTER our vehicle was there for 2 WEEKS with no update on status... "Good thing you called cause the part just (now) got here." Apparently the warehouse workers at the parts warehouse not only do not know how to pull the correct part number but they also FUDGED the paperwork so the part number, packing slip and invoice all matched. Appears to be a conspiracy undertaken by the international Kia parts warehouse to unscrupulously undermine this one dealership. STAY AWAY from this place!

Purchased 3 cars from this place over the years. Have done all of my services there. Every time I take a car for an inspection there, I get a call that at least one light bulb is out and they want at least $30 for it. I make sure to check everything before I take a car in. The latest incident was they failed my inspection since I didnt want to pay them $20 for a new crappy windshield wiper. I buy quality wipers and based on the PA State rules, it supposed to clear the glass within 5 cycles which mine did in 2 cycles. Was no help arguing with the service department. In fact they were rude. Installed my new set just so that they can put a sticker on. I guess I wont be dealing with them any longer.

I had the most pleasant time at Gateway Kia. Every employee is friendly and willing to help in anyway. I have to especially thank Lorenzo for his knowledge of my Kia Forte Koup and all his help with answering any concern or question I had. I was taken care of with all of my needs when I bought my new car from their dealership. Everyone was very respectful and caring which reminds me of how much I can count on Gateway Kia of Warrington to take care of anything I may need. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Their dealership is the best around and I can always count on Gateway Kia of Warrington to help with any car needs I have!

Had a bad experience with these guys. Not upfront, even the internet guy. Misled me about the $5000 deal. Or should I say , they were not truthful. They typify the car salesman stereotype. To be the fair the young salesman was fine. But the manager was not professional. Downright obnoxious. They act like you cant do math. We couldnt agree on a lease and they didnt even want to put a buy offer out there to discuss. I think the manager wanted to go to dinner. After I was there for 2 hrs with the salesman, the manager talked to me for about 5 minutes and done. I would recommend going to a different dealership to buy. STAY AWAY for here.

Went their, ran my credit through every bank you can imagine, killed my credit. Jack the prices up on the cars and say "they do that for bank approvals". They gave me numbers and my numbers werent matching up with their numbers because they were conning their way to sign me into a vehicle. After doing the math, I figured out what they were doing. They think I would be too stupid too notice. Also service doesnt do what they are paid to do. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation was never performed. I work in near this dealer and live near their Quakertown location and Ill stick to Lansdale Kia or Allentown Kia from now on.

Recently traded my 2011 Mustang Convertible for a 2011 Kia SUV and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The time at the dealership was minimal 3.5 hours from walking on the property to driving out in my new SUV. Lorenzo my sales person was pleasant, very knowledgable and respectful. Overall the staff at Gateway Kia was the best I dealt with since buying my Mustang. Trade price was fair and accurate to KBB good value, the finance rates were spot on what I expected to pay and they didnt force warranties or other useless add-ons down my throat. I highlyr ecommend Gateway KIA of warrington, and if you stop in ask for Lorenzo.
