Place is under new management and they did some improvements. There is a nice waiting area for customers..I went there two werks ago to get a tire. When I left my air pressure light was on which I made the tech aware of before I left. He put more air in all four tires. 15 mins light didnt go off and I check the tire. Its a different tire then the other three.(235-65-17) this one is (225-65-17) I call and was told to bring my car back. When I couldnt make it before they closed I called again only to be told they dont have my tire in stock and its not the big of different between the two so I would just have to wait for them to get my size in a day or two. 2 weeks later still driving around with different size tires with no word from them. No update nothing. I guess I have to check my tires before I leave the shop next time if I choose to go back.

They offer a full range of services for your car maintenance needs! Specifically, I needed to have my battery replaced, car tires rotated and balanced, and my oil changed. They were able to source the parts / have the parts delivered in less than a half hour, and the service quality was great too! The receptionist and staff were really friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my car while I waited. If you need food while waiting there are local bodegas / convenient stores down the block that were easy to walk to. Im def. going back if I have others repair needs.

I am a student at LaSalle University and dont know anything about the neighborhood but needed an oil change.When I came across this place on my way to class one morning. I stopped in just to talk to someone about the pricing and the receptionist was so down to earth and polite.She set me up right then and there for a oil change at a ridiculously low price and I still made it to class on time. I would have to call these group of people nothing but the best. Thanks Tire Techs USA

Came in and notice that the shop was under new ownership. The lobby smelled fresh like a new car. The entire shop was well kept...clean shell I say. The mechanics were hard at work and very polite. The office manager Julissa was very funny but on point with all of your answers you may need. Other than the staff my car was serviced in a timely fashion and running like a kitten again. Definitely check this shop out because the prices are reasonable! ✔

These guys are the best! I was stranded after an accident (after hours), two tire technicians came to me, realized my tire was salvageable, put my spare on took me to the shop, they changed my tire and repaired my rim. They definitely got me back on the road safely. I will never forget this shop or the amazing technicians that went above and beyond for me, they literally saved my life tonight. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I came in about a month ago after having so many problems with finding good prices anywhere else. I stumbled across this place and loved my experience.Speaking with the receptionist was the deal breaker just someone who knows how to listen to detail and kindly help. These people are genuinely hard working people and nothing is better than good low prices. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I especially appreciated the help of the receptionist who was very pleasant and attentive with every customer that came in the shop. I went to Tire Tech USA because I had an issue with a flat tire and the office manager hooked me up. She was pleasant and helpful. She helped me get some food while I waited for my car. I left with 4 new tires and a wheel alignment for a great price. Better than all of that I had a good experience. I highly recommend going to this great team of people that speak with you like a human being.

My experience with this tire shop was great. The customer service from the receptionist was impeccable. They really did an awesome job getting me everything I needed in a timely manner, I had to put a deposit down for my tires and was told to come back the next day. When I got there they took care of me immediately. I would definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends.

This shop looks so much better than it used to I almost didnt take my brand new Benz there but when I drove by I could see the difference from the outside. I guess theyre under new management or something like that and my light thingy was on so I just drove in. they were nice to me and reasonably priced.

The staff here is super knowledgeable. Very professional and the service is quick and friendly. Came here out of necessity and now come here because of preference. The pricing is agreeable and upfront. Even got my brother to start coming here to get his car serviced. Outstanding shop.

waited for about 2 hrs when i got there. when they finally got to my car the worker decided to go on break. the other mechanic even said I was there for an hour for no reason. however they did the job n it was good pricing. they didnt even have my tire.
