Best experience Ive had with getting a car fixed. Great customer service, very nice and professional. Explained what they were doing every step of the way. Competitive prices and free WiFi and coffee too. Also, do not throw out your used coffee grounds here. They take them to the space behind their shop and compost them for the garden. No joke. ----- Back again (for a different issue). They got me in quickly and, get this, saved me $450. The part I needed cost $500. They found a part from a different manufacturer that not only fit, but also worked like a charm! On a side note, do not bring any BACON; Giehl is a vegan mechanic...Keven might eat it though, coz he eats ANYTHING.

As a longtime customer of their Mayfair sister shop, I am delighted they opened a new location in Kensington minutes from my house. My most recent experience was a tricky diagnostic and repair on my 23 year old truck. They were patient and persevered and figured out the problem and fixed it right up.
