With my old car, Im forever in and out of auto shops, and always skeptical about the care I receive. That was until I visited Maggianos. Beyond being exceptionally courteous and polite, they were honest and straightforward, which Ive never before come across in 14 years of car repairs. Doesnt matter how big or how small the issue is, they make you seem like you are the important customer in the world when you walk in; and they dont treat you like an idiot either. They are fair with prices for labor and parts, and will let you know exactly what needs to be done. I would go way way out of my way to come to Maggianos... but lucky for me, they are right down the road!

Ive already posted this. Not sure why it was removed. Kind of shady. I took my 2004 Audi A4 to Maggianos for a simple fuel pump and fuel filter replacement. I purchased the fuel pump at the dealer. I asked Maggianos to purchase and replace the filter. Immediately after the service my car was not operating correctly. On every start up the engine would crank over for 10 seconds before starting. I took the car to a specialist who had the car for 2 weeks before he was able to figure it out. Maggianos installed the wrong fuel filter. The specialist also said that Maggianos butchered the fuel line so badly that it had to be replaced. Cost me an extra 300 bucks.

Outstanding, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, family owned, reasonably priced, fast, reliable. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. I first brought my car here in an emergency when the engine started to overheat. They fixed the problem and had me on the road again within 24 hours. I have since brought my car back and continue to be extremely happy with the service I receive here. They have earned my trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair center!

I originally went to Maggianos Auto to get a second quote for a repair. Their pricing came in significantly less than the first shop I had taken it to and the customer service was excellent. I have gone there several time since, mostly for routine maintenance, and they have always been extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Additionally, they work quickly and always have the work done on time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage!

The staff have always been friendly, communicative, and honest. They always take the time to explain what is going on with the car and what needs to be done to fix it. They never try to sell you service or parts that you dont need. I have been taking my car here for about a year and have no plans to take it anywhere else. These guys are great!

One of the best mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure doing business with. Tom and Tom Jr are very knowledgeable and very fair. Ive sent my vehicles to many mechanics, in many different states throughout the country. Simply said, I trust these guys. They go the extra mile, and they educate before doing the work. 93 Toyota Camry and 06 Audi.
