I came in with a GROUPON this week. I called the salon before I even purchased the Groupon to ask if this offer was legitimate and was told that it was in fact a legit form of payment so I purchased and set my appointment. The young woman(I believe her name was brittany) immediately told me that I was not entitled to full highlights and lowlights because the cost of my Groupon was 20 dollars short of what it cost to do that. I told her to give me full highlights and lowlights because that was what I came in for. the woman then still ended up dying a portion of my hair vs. highlighting and lowlight ingredients the entire thing and then still tried to charge me 20 extra dollars when it was all done! My Groupon clearly stated FULL w and lowlights!! I would post a pic of the Groupon but I do not see an option to do so. Probably what was even more disturbing about my visit was that the woman did not even allow the color to sit in my hair long enough so my hair did not take 100%of the color. I told her this before she started to even unwrap my foils as iv gotten my hair highlighted and lowlighted numerous times before. she ignored me and unwrapped the foils anyway in turn giving an orangish color the middle of a few of my highlights. I pointed this out and was told the color in my hair must have ran together when she washed the colors out. I know this is not true but even if it was the woman made my hair orange and didnt want to fix it! they scheduled me for another appointment and told me I could pay the 20 dollar difference when I came back to get it fixed. so really they screwed my hair up and did not honor the special price of the Groupon. I will never go back to this place and I wouldnt recommend this place !#poorservice #unhappycustomer #badbusiness

Went in with a Groupon and was told I needed to Pay $24 more to get the color I wanted even though the groupon was for full color or partial highlights, the stylist said she cannot get the color I wanted unless I pay $24 more for the color. So in addition to the Groupon I paid the $24. I did not want yellow hair or red hair but subtle tones of blond. Was surprised that my hair color turned out yellow and was dark brown in the back. Went back 2 weeks later to get it fixed. Now my hair is dark brown all over, almost black. Not good with color.

Amanda gave myself and 3 other women a group makeup class. I have never had so much fun while at the same time learning invaluable tips and tools. We received handouts, were shown different examples for different effects and experimented ourselves with what we learned. All while drinking wine and enjoying the company. Amanda is excellent at what she does and presented the information in a professional and extremely user friendly way. Great Girls Night Out.

Love this place! Great vibe when you walk in and very friendly staff. They are happy to help and give advice if youre not sure what you want. I got my hair done here with a groupon the first time and have been coming back ever since. They are reasonably priced and I have never been disappointed with the services provided. Great place to get gift certificates for people as well!

I have been to the shop twice. Savannah first cut my Curly hair and the cut was great. I wear my hair rather short and try to get it blown dry a little straight. she did a beautiful job. Second time Savannah colored and cut may hair. Both Color & Cut were great. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed.
