The owner, Lisa Hutto, charged me $200.00 to color my hair/hide the greys and not only did the greys still show, she called me "petty". I called the same day they did my hair and let them know that the greys were still there. The next time I was available was 2 1/2 weeks later to have them redo it. She agreed to redo it at no charge and to give me a free haircut. When they called to confirm I again restated that the grey hadnt gone away and her response was that "hair grows out" and that was the reason I still had grey temples. I let her know that I had shown my hair to Kendra, a former employee (who is an outside friend and I see regularly) and she could confirm that it was still grey 3 days after it had been dyed. She then got very angry and said that either she was my stylist or Kendra was and Kendra was no longer employed there. I simply tried to let her know that Kendra could back up my story. She was very mean on the phone and would not listen at all to me. I opted not to return to the salon. She did refund me $60.00, however, it will cost more than that to have my hair redone. I have loved all of my experiences there when they had Kendra but now that shes gone Ill never ever go back. I would never recommend this salon again.

This was one of the worst salons I have ever gone too and trust me I grew up in a small town I know what a terrible salon is. I showed the woman a picture, and I dont expect perfection, but this is what she did to my hair when I asked to go Blonde. Then she curled it so I could not see her mistakes of it being horrible. I called the owner and she told me that everyone liked my hair and that she wanted to use me as a "teaching moment" after paying 200$ and not getting my money back for this disaster of a color. Anyone who is young and hip DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS TERRIBLE. Go to Urban Nirvana and request Harlie! SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL and these people actually know what they are doing.

I have worked for Lisa Hutto for a little over a year now. Lisa is a wonderful employer. After seven years in this business, Piccolo Salon is the first place where I have felt at home. I absolutely love Piccolo Hair Salon!!! The relationship among our staff is like family, and the clients are caring and friendly. I cant wait to see what the future holds for me as a Stylist and a employee at Piccolo hair Salon.
