The Mechanics were rude and unkind, treated me like I was always wrong and showed no respect to a paying customer. I do not expect to be treated like a king or feel like I deserve that kind of treatment but it would be nice to be treated like a fellow human being. In addition to the aweful customer service the 4 new tires that I had put on stopped holding air once the weather dropped to 40 degrees and the tires only have 4,000 miles on them. They are supposed to last 44,000 miles. This place exemplifies the stereotype of "Untrustworthy Mechanic" even if your car breaks down right in front of this Walmart it would be worth the money to have it towed to another mechanics to get it worked on

In January I was at the Dollartree store and when I came out I noticed that a screw had punctured my right front tire. I did not want to take a chance so I drove my car to Walmart auto service. I think I waited about 40 minutes before they drove the car inside. They repaired the tire and it cost me about ten dollars. Everybody was friendly and courteous. The guy even admired my car. I would recommend Walmart auto service to friends.

I put Disliked it because my problem was over the phone and not with the mechanics in general. I called to ask about if they did any other services and was rudely told just tires and oil change that it. This is not new for this Walmart their customer service sucks.

2.5 hour wait time to balance 2 tires, which takes 15 minutes. They were too busy looking at all the riced out civics that there buds brought in like it was a car show. Cashier not very polite either. I wont be back, going elsewhere.

At lot more would get done at this location if the guys in the shop focused on working and not stopping to hang around and talk with each other. There was more talk than work going on here while all bays had cars in them.

Went to see if they could get four tires on our car, but werent expecting much since it was near closing time. They were all amazing, kind, and took the time to show us the different tire options. Very happy!
