Shawn and Dani embody the culture of CrossFit and I encourage anyone looking for a life changing adventure into the world of health and fitness to find the right guide. These two are dynamite, and everyone of the coaches are amazing.

All the coaches here are amazing and really helpful. The owner, Shawn, is great and really wants to see his clients improve and works with them to reach their goals. All the other instructors are so welcoming too, and even just the other clients are welcoming and will always help you if you need it. Definitely the best box around!!
