This shop cost me over $400 in repairs to my Toyota. Took the rotors in to be turned because they had a little flat spot in them. Charged me $80, and when I put them on the truck, it was un-drivable. The truck shuttered to a stop. Thinking I messed up the brake job, I limped to my local Toyota dealer who said my rotors looked like a warped record and whoever performed the job didnt set up the machines properly. When I addressed this to the manager, he just gave me a blank stare like I was stupid. Dont give these people your business, especially when it comes to your or your familys safety!!! Update 7/11: Id like to thank the manager John who made this issue right. He refunded the complete job that Toyota performed without issue. In hindsight, new rotors dont cost much more than turning them so if you have issues, just replace them.

Spoke to Rob or Ron. He was excellent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Just had some tires mounted on my car, asked them to perform an alignment because i could feel something off. the car now tracks straight, there is no more shudder, and they a good job mounting the new tires (some places rush this giving you that slow leak over time). plus they were $50 cheaper than expected. Awesome service, seems to be good work (cant vouch for everything), and a fair price. What more could you want from a mechanic?

WHAT A RIPOFF. This place was awful. I purchased tires from them at a decent price because we came in with a competitors price. Several weeks later a cable to my battery stopped working. Tires Plus told us they called everywhere and could not find the part and would have to charge us 500 dollars for an entire wiring kit. A friend of mine took me to Pep Boys where he purchased the same part for 7 dollars!! They are very bad about stereotyping young women, unfortunately for them i was not dumb enough to fall for it.

Long story short: check engine light comes on. Tires Plus charged me a ton of money, did not fix my car. I brought it back, they claimed it was fixed for real this time. Tried to charge me another $700 but backed off once I argued it was their mistake. A month passes, my check engine light is on again and I took it to Meineke. Meineke informs me that the problem is the same problem tires plus claimed they fixed. Never had such a horrible experience anywhere in my life.

Great place. I moved here from out of state two years ago and one of my primary objectives when moving is to find a trustworthy mechanic shop. Rob, Mike and Dom have done a decent amount of work to my vehicle and I am very pleased with their knowledge, customer service, workmanship and pricing. My entire family now goes here. We are very happy and I am confident that they will continue to earn our business.

This place is great! I didnt know what to expect b/c there are many service places in West Chester. This place was convenient, courteous and had excellent staff. My car was repaired quickly and I was always kept up to date on its status by the staff. I was very happy with my service! Highly recommend it for a number of things that you need to service your car for!

Ran over a pothole and my tire popped. Gave me options as to what tire I could receive and what was most like the ones on my car currently. Decently priced tires but the labor cost was a little high for just 1 tire. Overall they were very nice and accommodating and would return here for future services.

I found the new manager to be both knowledgeable and helpful and I was very happy with my service. They were accommodating to my specific requests and spent extra time on the service to ensure my satisfaction. Different and much improved from a previous visit

They charge tons of money to get repairs done. They are very good in making sure that you get out of there after being charge a hefty amount of money. I AVOID THIS PLACE for anything!!!!
