No matter how much advertising and promotion a business does, it always comes back to the overall customer experience. I want to thank Eric Dedig for his assistance in the selection of the correct vehicle for my needs. His knowledge and reassurance made the overall process effortless. Eric is a tremendous asset to your organization. Eric understands and relates to what the individual needs are, because he genuinely listened to the personal scenario being presented to him. Formerly a Mercedes Benz customer for the past 25 years, Eric educated me in regards to the brand and what it offers. Seth Lacey strove to make the experience exceptional in each and every aspect. When someone takes the time and has the patience with a client who is hesitant about changing brands, it makes the entire experience positive which speaks volumes. Daniel Malda made the financial aspect simple. The paperwork was prepared, while Seth answered some questions and reviewed the details of the vehicle and the extras I could purchase. Dan was easy to converse with which made the undertaking of the paperwork simple. He was organized and resolved all of my outstanding questions. Lastly Bryan Zanolini, was sure to sit down and ensure the overall encounter was satisfactory. Mostly, I appreciate the ease of this purchase. I met with Justin Fulep and ended up buying a 2016 Audi A4. Justin was helpful before, during and after the test drive in explaining the features of the A4 and other variations that would be available at different price points. The other sales and finance associates I dealt with were very helpful in helping set up insurance and make financial decisions. AJ - a member of the finance department - was a pleasure to meet with as well. Although buying a car was very exciting, it was a long day in terms of making a decision to buy a car, picking the car with the features I preferred, setting up insurance, and deciding upon a finance structure. By the end of the day, I was ready to drive away in my new car, but had to finalize the details with AJ first. He was very personable and upbeat and was a great person to talk to at the end of the day. He certainly capped off an exciting day in the right way. I forgot my EZ Pass in the used car I traded in. Justin F. was helpful post-sale in finding the EZ Pass, sending it to me, and following up to ensure I had received it. He also called to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. I had a great experience with Audi Allentown and the effort of the entire staff is something I will keep in mind when it comes to recommending the dealership and whenever I make a decision to buy another car.

My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with our dealings with Audi Allentown from the initial contact with their eBusiness Manager Liz Huddle up to the final financial dealings with Anthony Marvelli who explained all our options to us in a very clear manner. Liz found the exact 2017 Audi A4 that we were looking for in less than 1/2 hour of speaking to her! We were in the next day and met Seth Lacey, an Audi specialist who took us for a test drive and patiently took all the time we needed to go over the workings of the new Audi with us. Seth was very personable, professional and new the Audi very well. Bryan Zanoline, their Branch Manager, stopped by to greet us and offer his availability. It was a very very pleasant experience overall. There was no hassle, no pressure, a very knowledgeable staff so we walked out with the Audi we wanted at what we considered a very fair price. They stay in touch after you leave the dealership to make sure all is well and so far my dealings with their service group have been terrific. We highly recommend Audi Allentown for a very pleasant auto buying experience to anyone interested in an Audi.

Although theyre working out of a big trailer while their new dealership is being built, I was very happy with my experience. Everyone greeted me with great kindness. Justin Haas was my salesman and he was such a sweetheart. I had a LOT of questions which he had all of them answered for me by the time I made my decision to purchase my 2007 Audi Q7. I also wanted to express my feelings about their internet team. I had originally inquired about this vehicle online and within 10 minutes I had a phone call and an email from Liz Huddle helping me with information as well. & of course, Nick De Simone helped us get the paperwork all set and also filled me in on extras that the dealership offers to me at no cost and additional offers that I could purchase now or in the future. Let me just say theyre "KILLING IT" with their customer service. Will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! I couldnt be any happier with my experience that I had here. From talking to their internet sales representatives, Liz and Nicole, to going to the dealership and working with Seth Lacey, they really know what they are doing. I was able to easily set up an appointment to test drive the new A3 and Seth took the time to explain everything it could do. Before I got to the dealership I was worried that I wouldnt get taken seriously because I am younger but that was not the case at all. Seth talked to me like a normal customer and I genuinely appreciated that. The test drive route was great because you got to drive on the "normal" roads but also got to drive on the highway. After the test drive we went back inside and there was no pressure to buy at all. But how can you resist after experiencing the power the Audi has? We were able to work out a deal that fit my budget and I couldnt be any more satisfied. Ill be coming back again once my lease is over to get another Audi.

I purchased a 2017 Audi S5. Audi Allentowns staff is terrific. I really appreciate the fact that they focused on what I wanted, and never just tried to sell me a car. I found the staff is very knowledgeable about Audis products as well as the offerings in the broader marketplace. They are well trained, answering my endless questions, while framing the answers in a way that I could easily understand. Once we agreed on the model, color and options I wanted, they located the perfect match. What also stood out was the effort sales, management and finance made to provide complete answers, both the pros and cons as well as introducing many points I was unaware of before starting this process. Lastly - wow, what a car. The design, engineering and beauty can only be fully appreciated until you get behind the wheel and drive it home. It exceeded all of my expectations.

The saleswoman that I dealt with was great. The handshakes and fake smiles as they push you for a "10" in customer service are typical car salesman antics. Its when you leave, complete survey and run into an issue that things change. I needed a front license plate bracket (required in my state). Emailed Allentown for a week before a response and was told they wouldnt furnish the bracket. Contacted Audi USA who said they cant force the dealership to furnish the bracket but thinks that Allentown should furnish it for good customer relations. Spoke to Audi Silver Spring who echoed Audi USAs position. Hours on the phone, emails and now I have to purchase the bracket and have it installed ($200) to make the car legal in the state of Maryland. Thumbs down Allentown Audi.. you left a horrible taste in my mouth...a 3 time Audi owner.
