This day and age, its a cliché that mechanics will find any way to fleece their customers, preying on an ignorance of their vehicles and how best to repair them. Having dealt specifically (and regularly) with Advanced Automotive and a particular chain that shall go unnamed, I will state unequivocally that Advanced Automotive exceeds any and all levels of professionalism and responsibility when it comes to their customers. I had a vehicle with a crack in the exhaust system. I took it to a chain store for their assessment, and though they accurately explained they would only be able to replace rather than repair this system, when I made it clear that I would be willing to pay for whatever was necessary for this vehicle to pass inspection, they not only did nothing, and refused to notify me of this, they also failed to return my registration paperwork when I came to pick it up. As a result, I was driving in a car that failed inspection without its registration on hand. After this, I went to Advanced Automotive. Not only did they immediately diagnose the problem, they quickly established - and communicated - that the necessary repairs would exceed the resale value of the vehicle. A hard truth, but a necessary one. These guys dont sugarcoat the truth, they dont mess around, and they know what theyre doing. Their service is not only fast, but they give accurate estimates in their diagnoses, prices, and timelines for service. In short, you cannot wish for a better business to service your vehicle.

Almost 10 years ago, when I had a pair of 1993 Mustangs, my wife talked me into trying out Advanced Automotive. After a couple of minor jobs, I asked them to take a crack at my manual transmission, which four other shops had failed to repair adequately. Jason nailed it - the transmission worked as well as the day it came out of the factory. Since then, I happily gave AAT all of my work on all of my cars. They just did a routine inspection on my daughters Ford Focus, and I found out that they now had an online presence. Normally, I dont give rave reviews, because I want to keep this shop all to myself, but what the heck - AAT is without question the best automotive repair shop Ive found in the West Chester area. You can take your car or truck to them without fear. But lets try not to fill up the lot on the days when I need work done, okay?

Advanced Automotive is one of those places that thrives on word of mouth. I was referred to them by a friend and since then, have given them all of my maintenance and repair work on 3 separate vehicles. a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon [On steroids] A Saturn Sky Redline They manage their time very well. The quotes you get are accurate The price for parts and labor are excellent and the work done is done perfectly in one shot. On top of all of the above everyone in the shop has a great attitude and are always extremely friendly. I cant recommend them enough. Shops and people like this are a rare find nowadays. Save yourself time and money, and be guaranteed that your vehicle is being expertly taken care of by taking it here.

This business has no integrity. Foster Auto Service bought lighting products from our company and received their correct order as promised. Foster Auto had a bad experience with another company and incorrectly posted that review on our sales site on Amazon. I have emailed the company and called the owner Tyler Foster about the issue and he told me it would be correct. Two weeks later and Foster Auto Service has still left that false review on our site. If they cant fix a mistaken rating, would I trust them to service my vehicle? I think not.

Shop was recommended to me by a friend who had it recommended to her, well you get the idea. That type of reputation only comes from positive experiences. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ladies, this is the place to go. No fear of that usual treatment were likely to get at auto shops. They really listen to you and take time discuss your concerns. Very reasonable pricing. Hubbys truck(s) goes there now instead of the dealership.

Was recommended by a friend to try Advanced Automotive and Repair. Not only did they communicate with me (which 99% of other mechanics will not take the time to do so) but they are more than fair when it comes to pricing. It was my first time I took a vehicle to this location and they did not charge an arm and a leg. Will be bringing more vehicles to them in the future. Cant go wrong with these guys!

I own a Chester County Kitchen and Bath across the street from Advanced Automotive. They take care of the 11 different vehicles that we keep on the road. ( Of course they are all different makes and models) They take great care of them and are always honest and up front about the issues the vehicles are having. I have always had a great experience! I highly recommend them.

Great shop! I will only go to a private small shop. No dealers for me. It was recommended by a co-worker to try them. Bert is friendly and I think the prices are good. I had a tire issue and when i called i was told to come right in. It cant get better than that. Issue was solved. Thanks to a great shop!!

Jason and Adv. Auto. have performed several services for me---done right, on budget, no surprises, no BS about "needed" extra work to run up the tab. Smart, efficient, and well-qualified. All of my car services are performed there now--as do my colleagues (and as attorneys, we are not easy to satisfy).

Two things I look for in doing business. Quality of work and no BS. Advanced Automotive ranks at the top with both. I have been doing business with them for 3 years and have always been satisfied with their work. I cant see of any reason to do business elsewhere since they always have my best interest.
