They say that anyone can do a good job and provide good service when things go right, but its how well they do when things go wrong that ultimately shows a companys abilities. Well, Ill take it up a notch. Things didnt go wrong on Cozy Caterers end. They went wrong on mine. I asked Cozy to provide me with bacon-wrapped scallops and calamari so I could take them to an event I was attending. Immediately, Christine let me know that calamari doesnt travel well over time and she would rather I order a second dish, such as Maryland crab cakes. I appreciated her expertise and took her advice. Everything was all set. After placing the order and receiving confirmation, however, I had to let Christine know that the number of people attending the event had been reduced. I wouldnt need as much food as I had originally anticipated. She didnt bat an eye and told me it would be no problem. Then, the day before the event, I found out I needed to be out of town on that evening. I immediately canceled the order. However, the food was already in stock. I let Christine know that I would happily pay for it. After consulting with the chef, Christine let me know that the chef could use the food in fulfilling other orders and that there would be no expense to me. How can you be that service? I became one of those customers most companies hate to deal with yet Christine and Cozy handled it all with grace and style. By the way, Ive had Cozy Caterers food several times, and its excellent! I cannot recommend Coz Caterers enough. Contact Christine, plan with her assistance and then relax and enjoy your event!

It was just ok. I thought it would have been better. The man who came and dropped off the food had zero personality. He came in and piled all of the food up on the table I was under the impression that he would set it up. SO after he left I went and set everything up there were sauces and things unmarked and I had no idea what went with what. The chicken parmesan was good but I also ordered a pan of the chicken piccata and the sauce was congealed on the top. when I was opening things to see what was inside it was white and I thought it was melted cheese I thought that was weird because I knew there was no cheese in the dish but no, that was the sauce; which was also extremely salty. The grilled vegetables were all different sizes so the carrots were way over cooked and the butternut squash was crunchy and raw, the macaroni and cheese was DRY. The salad was good and there was plenty. the penne pasta was good and the green beans were ok. I get things catered ALLOT. I enjoy giving myself a treat by spending the money to have someone else to the cooking but this place everything is priced by the pan and NOTHING else is included. I.e. paper plates etc all priced by per person on top. Chafing dishes are for rent. I can go elsewhere get more food, better food, better service, with everything included such as chafing dishes, paper goods, desert, coffee, bread and butter for HALF of the price. Maybe they are better at weddings - I read allot of reviews before choosing and I was excited to serve my guests this food. Next time I will go elsewhere.

I used Cozy Caterers for a surprise Birthday Celebration for my Wife a couple of weeks back. The event was planned five months in advance and with the assistance of Cozy the event was a huge success in every way! Cozy provided all of the food, linens, china, silverware, glassware, open bar and other incidentals for the party. They assisted me in planning the menu and made foods for the event from family recipes and many of their own creations as well. They also cleaned up the venue we rented ( Warwick Museum of Art ) as part of their services. Everyone was most pleased with the food quantity, taste, appearance and overall presentation. Christine was pleasant to work with and made the effort to accommodate all of my needs and even personally made a specific dinner roll that she felt would fit nicely into the menu which it did. The Bar Tender, Wait Staff and Cook were all a delight to work with and everyone at Cozy took great pride in their level of service and quality of food. It would be without hesitation, that I would recommend Cozy Caterers for your event. Bill

I hired Cozy Caterers to cater my sons 1st birthday. Christine was wonderful to work with! She had great recommendations and really took a lot of the planning pressure off of me. The food arrived on time and was delivered by very friendly and courteous staff. Not only was the staff great, the food was great too! Everyone kept asking who the caterer was. They wouldnt stop telling me how great the food was! My husband was excited to find potato salad leftovers...he said that it was the best he had ever eaten. If you want someone who is easy to work with and very knowledgeable, courteous staff, and outstanding food...Cozy Caterers is it! I will be using their services for all of my functions. By the compliments at the party, Im pretty sure my friends/family will too.

I work for a company that does quite a bit with thank you lunches and presentations with breakfast and lunches delivered. Christine Todaro the catering manager is a detail oriented person. Not only does she make sure the food looks good , taste good and is presented well. She is very particular on the freshness and timelessness of when the food is brought out to us to make sure we get the best tasting food to help us present to our customers. Christine is also great at the follow up, she calls to check on the presentation and quality shortly after our event each time. If I could rate them with a large negative number, I would. They arrived for our office cocktail party an *hour* after our guests did. The supervisor told us to call her when they did arrive and then yelled at us when they still hadnt arrived half an hour later. The food, except for one dish, was embarrassingly terrible and overcooked, the presentation was nothing even close to what they show on their website, the waitstaff had to be shown how to properly serve food to the guests, they dropped and broke their own dishware, used up our cleaning supplies, and the bartender had to be asked to serve the guests drinks. And the list of atrocities goes on.

Christine Todaro of Cozy Caterers certainly delivers what she says! Not only was the food at our Christmas party that serviced 40 people tasty and abundant (it kept multiplying!), it was well displayed and the serving staff was meticulous on how it was presented to each one of us. The 4 "stations" were each different and diversified and I was quite full after dessert! I could not eat another bite! I would highly recommend Cozy Caterers for a party of 4, 40 or 400! Had a late request to provide lunch for 10 people. Called up Christine at Cozy Caterers to see if they could accommodate- and accommodate THEY DID! Within an hour they had my sandwich platter (which was delicious and talked about throughout the luncheon) ready along with chips, plates, condiments, etc. I will use Cozy Caterers again and again, as well as recommend them to anybody looking to provide a unique and delicious food service!
