After getting into my first accident, I was referred to D&H by the gentleman I bumped into. It would be an understatement for me to say I was lucky in dealing with such a sweet, understanding person for my first accident ever. We both drove to D&H and got the insurance squared away and the paperwork for the work on our cars. Before I was off the phone with my insurance company, Dave already had 2 rentals waiting for both of us. Dave was so patient and understanding of the situation, and answered all of my questions I had. He kept reassuring me that everything would be fine, and that once the appraiser came out he would have my car back to me in 7 days. Not only did he keep his word, but the work was phenomenal. He popped out dents (not related to the accident) and buffed/waxed them, along with shampooing and detailing the interior. I would highly recommend D&H to anyone that wants top-notch car repair and friendly, professional customer service.

I wont go back here...they are so rude and dismissive. The work itself was just BARELY okay for the price I paid. My real issue is the total void of customer service. I cant convey the lack of interest I received from not only the receptionist, but the owners as well! My insurance agent recommended this company and I made sure to tell him how upset I was with advice and asked him to do some research before sending anyone else their way. My advice is to stay away from this place...as soon as they get paid they dont want anything else to do with you! Very rude people who really should think about how they treat everyone they meet as word of mouth is vital to any company.

My insurance company tried to minimize the damages. Dave told me that theyd take care of everything. D&H put me in a rental, and called me when the car was done. I almost didnt recognize my car when I pulled into the lot to pick it up. The repair was done very professionally and my car was given back to me completely detailed. My car had a ding on the fender that wasnt part of the claim. They surprised me and repaired it. I also had little scuffs around the car. They took care of those too!!! I am blown away by the experience Ive had with them. While I dont want to step foot in a body shop again, if I have to, It will definitely be at D&H Collision Center.

I have taken both my Jeep and my Plymouth to David and his team at D&H. Their work is top notch, both my vehicles looked fresh from the factory after leaving D&H. The coordination with my insurance company was seamless when needed. I also recently took my Plymouth in for a cosmetic repaint and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else with my baby. They even gave me a ride home and then dropped the car off at my home when the work was complete. If you need a body shop that will respect your time and budget and treat you like a friend, go to D&H. Theyre part of the community, and in RI that means a lot.

I highly recommend this collision center to everyone who is looking to repair their cars. I wrecked my rear bumper and went to Quonset Auto Body Shop in North Kingstown. They gave me a quote of 150-250 bucks to pump the bumper back to normal and $100 to replace the rear light, but they also did not quite want to do the work because its not covered by my insurance. I drove to D&H Collision Center afterward, their manager David (a really nice guy) replaced the light for $93 and brought the bumper up to normal for free. They are extremely nice and helpful and are very honest people.

If I could give this repair shop a rating from 1 to 10 it would be actually be an 11. I am extremely picky and meticulous with my car, and after I got into an accident with my new Audi I researched extensively online to make sure I went to the best. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations and did an extremely wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone, even though the repairs took a little longer than I expected, they took the time to make sure they did the job right and I will be sure to let everyone I know about them. Thanks again D & H!

From the beginning of my repair process D&H handled everything from start to finish.As unsettling as an accident is,D&H (Dave Hayes) personally help me thru the entire ordeal.Not only is their workmanship outstanding their personal attention to my situation and vehicle is unmatched, I recommend anyone that needs a Collision Repair Shop go to D&H Collision..fyi this shop is a certified Grade A Shop & Certified as a preferred collision repair center with numerous car manufactures Ford,GM,Hyundai,Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep & Fiat

Was rear-ended on way to work. My boyfriend told me to call David @ D & H. David was so nice, reassuring and helpful as was the entire staff. Had a rental all ready for me, picked my car up a couple of weeks later and it was like brand new! they detailed it in and out, fixed up some minor scuffs and dings and had my baby gleaming again! If I EVER need to use a body shop again it will be D & H HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks David and crew for a painless pleasant experience!

I wish I can give these guys more than a 5 star review. Never in my life have I came across such a genuine repair facility. D&H always goes above and beyond for their customers and never cut corners. I have been working with them for about 3 years now, and I will never switch repair shops. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here for service, it will be the best decision you will make!

I went to David to have my RAV 4 repaired. His team provided quality work in repairing my car. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with took the time to explain the process and was easy to work with. I was amazed how quickly the repairs were made. When the car was returned to me it was cleaned inside and out. Excellent service that goes above and beyond.

A Car hit me on 95N - D and H completley took care of everything ! They delt with the insurance company - gave me a rental and said well take care of it from here and we will call you when your car is ready - they took a bad scituation and took all the stress away ! - When I went to pick up my car it looked Brand New...I would recommend this place to anyone
