I always go here for my auto repairs and would give 5 stars for the repairs and convenience and detailing but have to bring it down to 3 because the woman who answers the phones and does their administative/reception is just miserable every time and makes you feel like youre bothering her every step of the way. This is not just a one off but EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is knowledgeable, but it is unnecessary to act annoyed to have to help the customers. I wont go elsewhere because I know theyre going to get my car done right and have realistic pricing, but I literally dread dealing with her. I also recommended two separate friends, one who got so frustrated with her in the initial call that he decided to go elsewhere and the other said she loved their work but wouldnt return because the receptionist was just a "grump". I wish they would just give her some customer service training because she knows her stuff, just has a terrible attitude.

Action Auto Body Im going to do this Review in 2 Parts: a Before & an After... Reason being, nobody ever gives "Good" reviews of these types of businesses. So far, my experience with Action Auto Body has been nothing but fantastic. Action had towed my car to the Cranston, RI Police Station after it was recovered by the Police after being stolen from Wakefield, MA. These guys did a number on my car (that Ive owned for 9 days at this point). So I decided after getting a decent Estimate from Action to have my Car fixed by Action. Theres no way, Im just going to let this car get Junked! I just bought it. Anyway, their Service has been impecable to this point. Very Freindly and (more importantly) Very Honest. I will update this review upon completion of the Job theyre doing on my Car and let you knwo how it went...

Horrible customer service. He charged me 3500 dollars for front bumper. And he didnt even fix or clam the radiator damage.. horrible experience I wouldnt go there
