Dear Balise Family, If you noticed your ears ringing there are a few great reasons. John Martins, Brian Stone and all the men and women at Balise Collision as well as Caitlyn Donnelly from Balise Nissan Service Dept. As a media professional I understand the power of marketing and word of mouth is by far the best way to let people know just how great the Balise team too care of me. So, I have been doing what I do best spreading the news and letting everyone know, how well I was treated at a time that could have been such a hassle. My car fell victim to a very windy day and a shopping cart. I was so happy when my insurance company said Balise Collision was a preferred collision center. I knew I was able to go anywhere but since my Insurance Company was also being terrific I wanted to make sure I went to a reputable and reliable place. In other words, I did not want them to get ripped off and since I had already dealt with Balise Collision after a five time convicted drunk driver totaled my other car after rear ending me at a red light I knew Balise Collision fit the bill for being reputable and reliable. In fact when I called Collision Director Brian Stone to tell him this latest mishap and he could not have been kinder, more helpful and efficient. He said he would put one of his best guys on it, and he was not kidding. Balise Collision Appraiser John Martins took such great care of me, knowing that being honest with my Insurance company was important to me. (Yes, I am a big believer in Karma) I was so happy when John informed me I could get a loaner car through Nissan rather then have to deal with a rental agency. In fact I was on my way to get an oil change and was pleasantly surprised when Caitlyn at Balise Nissan Service Center said instead of waiting for the oil change I could swap out the car and she would take care of the rest. I was again pleasantly surprised when it was a car comparable to mine. Caitlyn could not have been any nicer or have made things any easier. I truly hope you all take time to acknowledge these three individuals as well as their entire teams. BTW I was extremely pleased with the way my car turned out, it looks brand new again!!! Because of this great experience I felt compelled to let you all know as well as anyone I know. Too often we hear so many negative things so I hope you can celebrate your wonderful team too!!!

There are still good people in the world, and they are at Blise Collision Center. And on top of that list is Brian Stone. We were on vacation in RI from Pennsylvania when we were stopped at a red light when a lady smashed into the rear of our 2014 Subaru and it was towed to Balise Collision Center on Jefferson Ave in Warwick.Brian set up the schedule & reassured us that he would do his best to have our car repaired in a short time. In 9 days Brian worked effertlessly with his team & kept us posted by cell phone all the time. To complicate this more, my husband was taken to the Westerly Hospital with congestive heart failure & still Brian kept in touch with me to make sure we knew where this complicated process would wind up. He was wonderful and you should be happy to know he did 150% to get our car back. Also 2 other people should be thanked and that was Liz in the office and Dale who actually brought our car to the hospital and took back the rental car.Our appreciation is beyond "Thank You" and it is wonderful to know that there are still people who CARE and are willing to help in a difficult situation. Although we wish this never happened, of course, it was a pleasure doing business with your company

My two month old Rouge had about $10,000 in damage from an accident. I had told insurance I was planning on going here to get it repaired, Balise Collision had reached out to me right away and got the car the same day. Everyone working there is so pleasant and easy going. This was the first time I dropped a car off somewhere and felt like it was in good hands (also the first time to Balise) picked up the car yesterday and it look and is working perfectly! Will be back if I ever need it & have already told family to go there if they ever need it! Thanks again to everyone who worked on my car!

I had gotten into an accident in the dreaded Apponaug Rotary. The whole side of my Subaru was a mess. I brought it in to Balise figuring they have a Subaru dealership so that might help. Happy to say my car was repaired in 2 1/2 weeks! It looks perfect! The last place we went to to have 2 repairs done took so long, we ran out of car rental allowance. These folks were courteous, and superbly professional.

My fiance bought a used car at Balise in Warwick.The car had been in an accident, this was not in the disclosure when she purchased the vehicle. When I brought this information to the service department they denied that it had been hit. I was very disappointed! I would not trust the service at the auto sales or their service department.
