I had went to several places for an estimate and out of all I chose this shop In Rhode Island because I not felt the sense of professionalism at first site but the confidence that the whammy Job I did on my vehicle was gonna be taken care honestly with a sincere estimate which promoted within set time , parts, dents, paint job, stretching, if anything else was gonna be needed they are very eager to deliver their goals .Most certainly it was going to be taken care of . The price was estimated at the exact premonition, they took every initiative to know and understand I was going to be an out of pocket paying person which I have to admit met its quality standards and my vehicle was promptly deliver as they said and price was just right thanks Maaco , thanks to Kevin who stands firm to deliver outstanding customer service and assured my vehicle was in good hands. Thanks to you again Kevin.

I read some of the negative post about this place and their service, prior to going, but I went either way, and Im glad I did. Service was on point, all questions asked were more than answered. The vehicle came out looking like new, very satisfied with the quality of work. Regarding price well I def got what I paid for and more, but with prices one can always say It could have been cheaper, I shopped around prior to coming here and the quote I received was in the middle , and this one came with the guarantees. I dropped the vehicle of on Saturday and it was ready on Friday, just like was told. The only issue was that the service should include cleaning the inside of the vehicle prior to turning it over to the owner. The inside was full of dust and it obviously smelled of paint, I have small children and no way I would of put them in there, I had someone else come pick them up..

Maaco Review... My daughter bumped into the blocks of a flowerbed and scraped up the rear quarter more significantly than a simple buffing out. After receiving several estimates (that were shocking and demoralizing), I checked with Kevin V. at Maaco on Park Ave in Cranston. From start to finish, Kevin was fantastic. He gave us a very reasonable written estimate after researching the specifics of my vehicle paint utilizing the vin number. He explained the repair process in detail. The repair work was actually completed before promised. I am no expert, but we could not tell where the damage was previously!!! Thank you to Kevin for being so accommodating and Maaco in Cranston for courteous, prompt and professional service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. They never got our consent to start working on my car but they did, even before giving us an actual estimate. Was told the only light that would fit my car was over $1000!! Went to advanced auto to ask if that was true and they said absolutely not and that I was getting screwed. They have also had the car for over a month now and was told it would be done sometime last week and that they would call me. I waited another week and its still not done. Horrible service. Do not go here.

Very helpful and polite with great work done. We received an aftermarket piece from online and brought in to Maaco to have painted, when they went to paint they found it was damaged and warned me right away before i even left. They helped me by ordering a new one through them instead and price matched the first one i bought. The work was done very quick in a few days and came out a perfect match to the original. very pleased, and would definitely recommend.

Will not even discuss price without seeing vehicle in person. I am not wasting my money on tows when they could simply give me a ballpark estimate. I offered picture and video of the exact work that needs to be done, but worker claims he needs to see the vehicle I person. I am confused about what he will see in person that picture and video could not capture. Very poor customer service.

SLIMMY and TERRIBLE - DONT GO HERE! Maaco did not fix things properly under the hood of my car but charge me for the proper repairs. They thought I wouldnt find out so they did crappy work. The whole experience of working with them was a nightmare and very frustrating. I would not recommend them at all and hope this review makes people go elsewhere.

Great Customer Service so far. Gave it 4 stars because the office appearance is not the best. I cant comment on the quality of service yet since my work is not done. **update** Work was done on time. I will leave my rating as a 4 star because it was not a 5 star job. Not bad for the price.

I took some pictures before and will take some pictures after the painting is done.. Will update review when work is done with pictures. So far good customer service. Brought my truck today to be painted and to have some body work done. Chips, bumps, rotten area etc.

100% satisfied with customer service and my car came out beautiful ... will recommend this place over the maaco in Pawtucket anyday ... way more professional and they seem like they actual care about your needs for your car unlike the Pawtucket location

HORRIBLE!!! These people do not know what theyre doing!! Do NOT go here. They will ruin anything you bring them! Spend the extra money and to a REAL, ACCREDITED body shop!!
