Of the many people youd want to see regularly, your mechanic is not one of them. Unfortunately for me, due to a few untimely car issues, Ive spent more time than Id like at mine. Luckily, the great guys over at Hansen Auto Body have made the inconvenience of not having car about as good as it could possibly be. First, their price beat everyone else I could find in the area. Second, they finished the work in a very timely fashion. Third, and this is truly what makes Hansens special, it felt as if my car was getting fixed by a good friend. Whenever I called the shop, at any hour of the day, the person answering the phone was always upbeat and friendly. They drove me home after I dropped my car off and worked it out with me when I couldnt get to the shop during business hours. Ill be recommending Hansens to all of my friends. Id give a six-star review if it were possible.

These guys are amazing! The hood of my car was a mess so I took my car here to get it fixed; I then proceeded to call everyday to see how things were going. They were so incredibly nice and reassuring! When I picked up my car it looked like it did before my accident. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. So grateful to have found this business and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Hansens Auto Body in Acton is a great choice for high quality, auto body repair and painting at a great value. Dave and Don are nice to deal with - take the hassle out of car accident repairs & insurance claims. Hansens is a hidden gem in West Acton (located behind Sals Auto Repair - makes for convenient auto maintenance and autobody in 1-stop).

I think that these guys are GREAT and I am not the type to give glowing reviews. They do the highest quality work at prices that are much lower than other repair shops. And they are nice guys and helpful as well, great customer service. I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors as being the best in the area.
