I have had a handful of dealings with this establishment and I have always had a great experience. They are detail oriented, honest, professional and do a great job repairing. They give personalized service, arrange for a rental, and overall you leave with a great experience. I would recommend this place for jobs ranging from paintless dent removal to big collisions. They are on Liberty Mutuals preferred list , meaning their work is top notch with reasonable prices. Thank you for a great service.

After being hit, I took our 2005 MDX in for repairs covered by insurance. Charlie went over the car carefully, talking in detail about the repairs. He was an effective advocate in going back to the insurance company to make sure that everything could be repaired like new. Theresa, his assistant, handled the rental car and other details. The car was ready when promised and it looks great, complete with a lifetime warranty on the work done. We are very pleased.

Easily the best experience Ive ever had with a bad situation. They took me the same day I called, helped me get a rental car - the exact vehicle I wanted - and detailed my car before returning it to me in PERFECT condition. Everyone I dealt with was super-friendly, helpful and professional. If there is a more than highly recommend I would use it to describe the incredible job they did!!!

Unfortunately, I have been to this shop more than once. I cannot say enough about their great service, punctuality, professionalism and always cheerful attitude. They do an impeccable job, mechanically and aesthetically. I have always been more than pleased and highly recommend them. (The fact that they are a preferred provider for my insurance company does not hurt either! :-) )

This place is great if you want to get one thing fixed and pick up your car with a Million things wrong that worked Perfectly fine when you dropped it off!!!!! This is the worst service I have ever had!!! Cannot believe the insurance company recommended them...wait yes I can!!! Theyre in it together!!!

Exceptional work!! My car went in for some bumber work, paint was damaged. Bumper looked brand new like it never had damage. Car was washed, nice and shiny. Inside was vacumed and dash was even shined up! Thank you so much Precision Auto! :-)
