Oh man, where do I start? Yall know I dont leave bad reviews so you know this is serious... So I got a few reminders for my appointment telling me to come in 10-15 mins early to fill out paperwork. I arrive 15 mins early on the dot. The place looks a little sketch. I try to open the door. Locked. Theres a permanent sign on the window blended-in with many other signs saying something like "In session. Use side door." So I try the side door and its a dark unlit gym that eventually leads to another door that is also locked. So I go back out, mind you its 25 degrees out and dark. I stand out in the front again looking to see if I can spot anyone. No one in sight. I try knocking. Nothing. Im cold. So I decide to go back in the car. Waited til it was 5 of and go back out. Still no one. Go back in my car. Two minutes to my appt, I see someone come out to wash their hands. So I wait by the door and she comes over slowly, glaring at me like Im an intruder. She unlocks the door and opens it slightly for me to state my purpose. I tell her Im Sania I have a 6 oclock. She lets me in hesitantly. Im like why does this lady seem like she got a problem with me? I proceed to tell her I came early as requested and the door was locked. Man did I get a mouthful and attitude after that. I tried to explain my stance as a client and she proceeded to ask me how old I am, how disrespectful I am and how I disrupted her session with another client by knocking on the door!! Then she said, "Get your refund from Groupon and leave." I said I waited months for this appointment and had to get a babysitter. She said, "I dont care, leave." I was forced to leave, being a mom of 2 babies looking forward to my therapy for months planning out babysitting and all...I left in tears :( I did see a similar review, when I bought the Groupon months ago, but I thought that maybe it was just a one off but clearly theres an issue with the only massage therapist there by the name of Ingrid Harris. Seriously though, how can you be such a (pardon my French) rude (and crazy) person in a profession where youre supposed to bring a stress-free environment? So so disappointed.

Worst customer service ever by Ingrid! From the time we got there Ingrid was cold and looked at our paperwork like we were applying for a job. The environment was very nice. The massage table was elevated at the feet which was different and the ambience was on point. George was nice, informative and had a unique technique. After filling out paperwork I put that my back and feet hurt and those areas were not attended which I am sure she would blame on us for being late...our appointment was 9am and we got there at 9am (our babysitter was late). George did tell us it would cut into our massage time which we understood but why werent the problem areas taken care of? BUT THE WORST was Ingrid claiming my wife booked our appointment the day after the Groupon expired (which is probably why she had such a bad attitude, we had a Groupon). After my wife swore she booked it a couple of days before it expired, Ingrid told us to come to her office...like we were high schoolers. My wife insisted she remembered and Ingrid replied, "So my computer is lying?" I have worked on computers for years, the are not perfect. But she seemed insulted but it was okay for her to insinuate my wife was lying. Ingrid canceled our original appointment at 10:30 at night the night before our original appointment and we were understanding at that situation even though its very hard for us to find a sitter. George said it was no problem, he would honor it but the worst is after he said that Ingrid told my wife, "HE would honor it, but if it were up to me, I WOULDNT have." This is awful behavior and customer service. I tipped George and shook his hand and he still left us with a "Namaste". This was a waste of time and waste of money and her attitude was disgusting! My wife and I have worked in customer service for years and couldnt believe people get away with this!

I dont ever leave reviews but with this one I thought I would. Me and my girlfriend bought a couples massage off Groupon and scheduled it for a day that best worked for us. Weve never had one before and was looking forward to it and the place was highly rated on Groupon. The day before our appointment Ingrid called us and said due to a scheduling conflict she moved us to a later time. She didnt call and ask if that time worked for us or nothing. The original appointment was at 11am she moved us to 2pm. The time she moved us to did not work and I tried calling back to tell her that time would not work. Nobody ever answered. I tried calling back multiple times for about a month and after leaving voicemails Ingrid finally contacted me back and I tried to reschedule it right then and there but she said shed get back to me after she looked at her schedule. She never got back with me. Finally I talked to George and after he fussed at me for a min about how i need to keep my appointments when I set them up he said Ingrid would call me after she got out of her class. Of course she never did. Iv tried going up to the place and the door is always locked and the lights are off. Finally I called Groupon and they gave me Groupon credit for me to use on something else. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody just because of the bad customer support and the run around they gave us. Ingrid always seemed like she had a attitude every time i talked to her and George didnt help out at all.

Worst experience of my life. I think I need a refund!!! We paid for a couples massage and they only massaged my feet. And George poor customer service skills and was very rude.

Beautiful facility. Decent relaxation massage but Id asked for a firm hand to work out the knots. Scolded me for not tipping more. Wont be back.
