The owner has NO backbone and had me play tag with the manager. I had a storage place effective Oct 19th, mailed a check for Nov on Oct 24th. Used the storage space for ONE night and moved out Oct 31st. They kept my $35 security deposit and also had cashed the check before Nov 1st for $60. They were not customer oriented and had NO compassion! Im out $95 dollars and they get the chance to rent that space out and collect again!

They are crooks! We rented a unit for 3 weeks and moved everything out on time. We gave them multiple verbal notices that we were moving out, they reassured us that everything was fine. Once everything was out, we asked about our deposit. They then told us that we would not get the deposit back because we didnt submit a written notice 10 days prior to us moving out. Horrible customer service!

Really affordable storage. We paid $160 per month for a 10X20 locker. They also sell locks if you need them.
