I have never in my life had such a terrible experience as I had at this farce of an establishment. The employee who attached my tow dolly and vehicle yelled at me and cussed at me, specifically saying "I dont give a f*** where im at, im a grown a** man" when I advised him he was at work and needs to quit yelling at a paying customer. The assistant manager was called out at the beginning of the ordeal, but did nothing about his yelling and cussing employee. He let him carry on for 5 minutes before telling me it had been a busy weekend so everyone was stressed. The assistant manager excused his behavior instead of removing the employee from the situation or admonishing him for his poor behavior and lack of customer service. When I spoke with the store manager, he simply implied the altercation must have my fault because the employee had no issues prior to this one. I will NEVER be using uhaul again and advise that if you choose to, you do not use this location.

Had a very positive experience with them. I mean where else can you rent a car trailer for 50 dollars and some change. Tech was very attentive and even though we showed up close to closing was still more then happy to assist me and was very energetic. Would defiantly rent from them again. In regards to previous reviews people should realize the quoted price is just that a quote of course it will go up based on options. This location is also in a safe well lit area with a police station 1/2 mile down the road not in the ghetto as others said just in an older part of town. Thanks again!!

Waited in line for about half an hour regardless of my reservation. Staff wasnt very accommodating and the salesperson who I spoke with to get my van was on the phone the entire time I was at the counter. They charged me 75 dollars initially and failed to refund me 27 dollars of mileage fees I didnt use within the amount of time promised.

Horrible!!!!!!! Pot holes everywhere, only one loading dock, a death trap if your pulling a trailor cause u get boxed in and its almost impossible to get out of due to the size of the property. horrible service, understaffed units look like garbage located in the ghetto. Just trust me on this dont use them oh and its overpriced.

Worst customer service ever. Hitch tech didnt give a crap if he took care of a customer or not. As I waited he was playing with his lady friend in the parking lot for quite a while. I was on a schedule to get to an event that I missed and this cost me a lot of money. Never going back.

Took an hour to get truck which I reserved two weeks in advance because of their system down. They couldnt do anything and they were unhelpful
