We moved to Surfside from out of state and needed space to store furniture and other household items. The staff at StoreSmart were extremely helpful and the facility is clean and well taken care of. We did not feel the prices were at all out of line compared with other places. We had 2 units for several months and one unit for over a year so we had many opportunities to interact with the staff and to visit the facility. During the total 18 month time period we had one rate increase which was minimal. We would use StoreSmart again and recommend them highly.

The worst storage facility in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere now to avoid the worst experience possible. Lots of rent increases (3 in 1 year). Staff at the center are not very customer oriented nor are they empowered to help their customers. The manager on property is more like a clerk with no people skills whatsoever. Caveat Emptor.

Kaminski House Museum

Giving it a 1 because I cant give it any lower. Highly dissatisfied with this place. Told one thing when checking in and called alter to find out a completely different thing. Refused to uphold what I was originally told. Tim was very rude when voicing my frustrations. told me "well you cant get your stuff if you dont pay" Never go here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I wish I could give it a lower rating. No customer service abilities. Told lie after lie. When I complained the GM couldnt be bothered to call me and smooth things over. DO NOT EVER GO HERE> TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I can only recommend people to go somewhere else Very nice place and a couple nice employees but just to dang high and to many late fees are in place to keep you in good standing if your ever 5 or 15 days late. I understand 15 days, but 5?

One of the best experiences I have ever had!!! The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is well kept and I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Reasonably priced climate controlled units, and the paperwork was tolerable. All in all, it totally fit the bill for what I needed.
