I got a storage unit for a friend who didnt have his ID on him at the time, but I put his name on the unit so that he could get his belongings when he wanted. He went to get his stuff and wasnt allowed to get it and I have been getting calls to pay for the unit when he was clearly listed as a person having access to the unit, but not allowed to retrieve it.
