I loved using this facility! When I was first moving down to North Carolina, I needed a storage unit for my household items until I could secure an apartment. At the time I reserved the unit, I was living in Pittsburgh. The staff up the Pittsburgh location were very helpful in helping me secure my Durham unit ahead of me moving (you have to secure units in-store). They were very thorough explaining the contract and insurance and everything to me. Once I got down to my unit in Durham, it was a piece of cake and I was able to access it right away. The staff made my move out very easy as well. All in all, I am very pleased with this company and their facilities. Their facilities are climate controlled, well lite inside and out, and have dollies available for use in the elevators. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a storage facility. I know Ill be using them again!

We called ahead to confirm a reserved space for our students things, over the summer. Even when the site manager, Sherman, was busy with another customer, he returned my calls, and he made sure that I knew I was a valued customer. During the entire process--from the selection and confirmation of the unit, to a site visit of the facility, and through the contract and pricing--Sherman was courteous, professional, and extremely forthright and helpful. Working with Sherman and Extra Space Storage has been a pleasant experience.

Extra space storage is an extremely clean and well taken care of facility with excellent staff. I was able to easily reserve my unit online several weeks before I needed it. When I was ready I went into the office to view the unit before signing the lease. The building has an extensive camera system, a secure key pad entry, plenty of parking outside and elevators for easy access to units. The staff were very friendly and professional. I feel at ease knowing my belonging will be safe and secure with Extra Space Storage.

We really appreciate the service with Extra Space! They are new in the area, I believe we had a BRAND NEW unit, which is nice. They were helpful in figuring out what space would work best for us. Very clean, great temperature control, and what seems like good security. I only wish there was a large trash can outside for tossing small trash. ALSO first month free, like FOR REAL free! No gimmicks, its AWESOME

This is my first time renting a storage unit, and I wasnt sure what to expect. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Sherman. He showed us around, and I began moving my things in. We soon realized that the storage unit I reserved was too small, and Sherman was quick and more Than willing to help us get a larger unit. Clean units, and Great service.
