I recently rented with public storage and was extremely disappointed. I was apprehensive in coming to another storage facility but i needed the storage while my new house finishes closing. I came to this location and spoke to a wonderful lady named Tammie. She was very patient and answered all my questions and put all my fears to rest. Fully secure location with security cameras and a functioning gate, which didnt exist at public storage. Prices beat anyone else i looked at and Tammie was very friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend life storage, dont waste your time or money anywhere else!

This Life Storage is hands down the best!!! Jillian James and Tammie Welker are the absolute best in customer service. They remember your name from the first moment you meet them and create that family atmosphere. Jillian referred me to JPK movers (Joe) who is the owner is also excellent. I have used him twice now, for the storage move and also when I found an apartment. This place is the best in town for all your storage needs.

I met Jillian through a customer of mine. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant while my customer was moving. I am the owner of JPK Movers, and I interact with a lot of people who use such facilities. Jillian gets them through the often tedious process of moving and dealing with storage needs. She always has a smile on her face!

Customers should be made aware that the office is closed for lunch. I showed up at 1:10pm and the sign said they would be back at 2:10. Looks like Ill have to sit in the Tim Hortons next door for an hour.
