I had a 48 foot gooseneck trailer and live in the Myrtle Beach area and kept it at Uncle Bobs storage and now Ive bought a different style trailer and keep it there. The staff is always friendly to me and help me out a couple times storing my trailers when no one else would because the length. You can come in 24 hours its very well lit at night time and there are security cameras everywhere which is very nice. Plenty of turn radius to come in and out of. Well maintained no trash anywhere. Office is very clean. LOIS does a superb job with this storage facility. I highly recommend them if its short term or long term.

Wonderful,Clean,Friendly are some words to describe this center. Lois is running a wonderful center and has great staff to back her up we never had a issue with them and always helpful. We contacted Lois in a bind and said we needed to move and she was quick and polite and we were out the same day and she even offered to hold a few items for us if we could not take them all with us.. We were so appreciative for the few months we were there and will always think of them either Uhaul or Storage is needed agian. Thanks Lois and Staff-Kevin/Ray

WOW! Above & Beyond doesnt do justice for how Lois Watt - manager and her team made us feel. Here for Bike Week and place we stayed didnt allow trailers. They stayed open for us and totally accomodated us. Nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists... Must be that good ole fashioned southern hospitality! We will definitely be back our next time down. Thank you!

Ive had storage units in the past but never has a staff made myself and my family feel at home and less stressed as this company. Very helpful and extremely honest. The rates are leaps and bounds cheaper than what Ive paid before and its worth every penny. The management staff is excellent and I would refer this storage company every single time.

Parked my large dump truck there for almost 2 years! The folks up front would open the gate for me most days and that is what I call customer service. Very secure location and never a problem with my expensive equipment stored there! Highly recommend if you are looking for storage. Would still be there but sold my truck :-)

Excellent experience. Very thankful for Tina! She is a gem. She listened to every word and helped me out so much. I even gave her a wrong date, but because she heard me say Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, she put the correct date for me. I cannot believe the level of service this company provides! I used this storage facility for approximately 3 years. The grounds are well protected by security devices. The units are very clean and easy to access. The on-site manager (Lois) was very helpful, professional and considerate. I would highly recommend this facility for any seeking short-term or long-term storage needs.

Simply put, this facility is clean, safe, climate controlled, and conveniently located. PLUS, they have some super nice ladies that really know how to get things done! I was only there for three months, but it was a great experience. It may not be the cheapest storage place in town, but you get what you pay for!

I have multiple warehouses at this facility and am very pleased with how professional and helpful the staff is. Because of the nature of my business, we are dealing with multiple deliveries and management of keys, trucks, etc. I am amazed at the level of patience the entire staff has!
