If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got the storage unit for a small monthly fee that they continued to raise month after month. There were bugs in my unit when I first came in to put my belongings inside. The door to our unit constantly was stuck when trying to get it to clowe properly and would not stay open while trying to get in and out of it. The staff on the call service that they use have no idea on how to help customers with their problems. And then apon canceling service they made me come out of my way to clear the rest of the garbage(a cardboard box, broken bits of plastic, etc) before they would cancel my account. I have never worked with a storage company that harrassess their customers over things that, I believe and have experienced, that normal storage facilities would have just taken care of. And apon coming back to let them know that everything was taken care of they were very snippy and rude. There are a million storage facilities on the beach, seriously consider finding a different one to use. Then after going to their website to write a review it would not allow my review because it wasnt a "good" one.

Brittany and Shawn were extremely helpful in facilitating my move from Charleston,SC to Myrtle Beach. We were under duress to get our household items into storage quickly and they made it happen. I would highly recommend this particular Extra Space Storage facility in Ricks Industrial Park off Holmestown Rd. to anyone looking for great service and a clean and well maintained property.

Service is excellent. It seems to be a well kept, safe facility. I rented space to store my boat. To my surprise, I was told, after I rented, that there is no available water source. I need water to crank my boat from time to time when I am not using it and also to wash it out and flush the motor after use. I will have to move to another facility for that reason.

I had an extremely rough day of moving and the young lady in the office was absolutely delightful. Although, she is fairly new to the job, she was thorough and informative. She actually put me at ease and made my day much better than it originally was. She should be commended for going over and beyond to give top of the line customer service.

The guy working on a Monday afternoon was rude and arrogant. Another customer and myself were both ready to sign contracts for units, but chose to go elsewhere and pay more money because of this persons behavior. Property is nice and looks secure, but I couldnt get past this jackass of an employee. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Brittany at Extra Space Storage was so prompt in calling me as a result of my search on google for a Storage unit close by my home. I went to facility and Brittany was very efficient in signing me up and explaining the procedure and Insurance. She gave me two unit options. I believe this Storage system will work for me.

Great experience!! The staff, especially Brittany the manager, was very professional and courteous. We were in and out with a storage unit in thirty minutes or under! The facility is very clean and we definitely feel safe. I totally recommend using ExtraSpace Storge when the need arises!!
