They interns or whoever they had on staff the week we stayed at one of their house were very disrespectful. They kept us on hold for over a half an hour when our family called about the pool (It was under construction, and wasnt stated in the houses description or even mentioned prior to us arriving). The pool wasnt as much of a big deal, but my family and I are just disappointed that we were not respected when we had a simple complaint that could have been talked about in a polite manner. If I had to recommend another company, then I would recommend Dunes Reality. Our relatives stayed there awhile back and said that all of their request were meet in a reasonable time with the upmost respect.

Found house by the beach on-line late in the season and was pleasantly surprised to be given a 20% discount on what turned out to be a very nice home. Opted for linen package and glad we did. Plenty of towels, clean bed sheets. On occasions we contacted Seastar, either by phone or e-mail, response was quick and always accommodating. Keyless entry to home was great. Note that nothing required attention during our stay except wi-fi which we fixed ourselves. I would also ask if the home youre renting is for sale, because they have the right to show homes to prospective buyers during your stay (this is true of all realtors).

Do not use this realty service. This realty company deserves zero stars. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. The advertised pool was closed. The house claimed it sleeps 20, when it did not. Management was absolutely and completely terrible, slow, and disrespectful. After multiple house renters called management, they neglected to return any of our calls. Sea Star Realty told me to take my review down, which is unethical in itself. Overall, the stay was disappointing and a waste of time and money. Stay somewhere else. You will have a much better stay with another realty company.

My family and I really loved the place, it was more than what we expected. The realtor company is awesome within itself. Our first day there, it was a manager there to greet us to make sure we had everything we needed. After about our second day there we noticed that something was wrong with the refrigerator, I gave them a call about the problem and it was someone there within an 30 minutes to fix the problem. Every time I have had any questions or concerns the staff was always very pleasant and helpful. My family and I are looking forward to staying there again next year.

By far the WORST rental company Ive ever rented from. House was nice and clean, but not as described. The description states full beds in one of the rooms. It was 2 twins. Twin beds would have prevented me from renting this house. When I spoke with Sea Star Realty, the girl was very dismissive and rude. I have been renting houses through Dunes and Surfside Realty for 15 years and have never had this type of experience. Also, the pool had not been cleaned, as promised, for our arrival. I would NEVER recommend Sea Star Realty to anybody!!

Had a horrible time AC was out half the vacation dealt with uncaring management and 4 clueless repair men We had children and small dogs and half our guest left early because of the heat did not receive an apology or follow up from management returned home with no concerns did a follow up call and was told I couldnt get a refund when all I wanted was an apology I will never use Sea Star again and Do Not recommend anyone else if the management team dont care about their guests Im sure the owners dont either

TOP-NOTCH Customer service. You cant beat Sea Star Realty when it comes to renting in the Pawleys Island area!! We experienced friendly, attentive and first class, experienced staff at Sea Star. I would highly recommend them for all your rentals. If I am ever lucky enough to own a home in the area, I will most definitely use Dawn as my agent. Homeowners should know that their properties are well taken care of! You will not be disappointed.

Never will I use this rental company again. They are very crooked and used excuses to end our stay after the second day. The house that was advertised also included more amenities than the house we actually received. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, and they did nothing to fix it. The pool that was advertised was "under construction" and not usable. Plenty of more reputable and friendly companies in Myrtle to use. STAY AWAY

I had a horrible experience. They wouldnt answer our phone calls, refused to fix the broken appliances that were in the house when we arrived, and were extremely rude to me and my group. They also did not return our security deposit even though we left the house in better condition than we found it.

The team at Sea Star is awesome! I contacted them last minute and they recommended a fabulous beach front home for my annual girls weekend. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. I highly recommend them for all of your future vacation destinations.

Great service! Very respectful staff. If theres anything you need, theyre going to do whatever it is they can to make your stay with them as best as possible. I would reccomend using them if you need to rent your house, find a house to rent, sell your house, or even buy a house!

The house was very clean and very pretty. Everything worked and we were so close to the surf. The extra equipment we ordered was already delivered and waiting for us. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back to an even larger Sea Star Realty rental next summer.

Hella roaches, tvs are trash, BBQ doesnt work. Water dispenser doesnt work. Literally the last place i would have picked for a vacation in Garden City beach. Bugs everywhere, rusted bikes, everything in bad condition.
