My experience with Tom Turner has been awful from the beginning. He failed to disclose a listing he had as active was in fact under contract for months. He allowed me to make an offer knowing there was an accepted contract, and he required I travel to see the property in person before doing so - wasting my time and money. To add insult to injury he has sent unprofessional responses (when he responds at all). There is NO WAY I would recommend Tom Turner or his company to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house or property in the Jamestown area or anywhere else for that matter.

I just bought a house in February that both the seller and the realtor knew had an infestation. They were able to get out of helping due to a loophole in the contract because I had an inspection. There are almost no visual signs of this infestation making it nearly impossible to detect just buy an inspection. It is something that really should have been disclosed, as it is costing me a ton of money. Please just remember that they are always there to make money over helping people find the right home.
