My husband and I would highly recommend Bob Natale with the Jerry Pinkas Team. We contacted Bob when we knew we were interested in a specific condo location in Little River SC. We had worked with Bob previously a few years ago on another purchase and didnt forget him. We felt confident, comfortable, and happy to be working with him on this second purchase. Bob was accommodating to our schedules, flexible and patient. What stands out most about Bob is that he genuinely cares about his clients and looks out for the buyers best interest with his no high pressure sales tactics which fit our personalities. Bob was able to negotiate the price of the unit to a purchase price we felt comfortable with. We live out of town but felt no anxiety, as we trusted Bob to handle all aspects of the purchase, inspection and closing, all we had to do was sign on the dotted line. We have referred Bob to a business colleague that is currently looking for a home and would recommend him to any one that may be looking for property in the Myrtle Beach area. We have been in our vacation condo now since October 2014 and could not be happier with our purchase, Thank You Bob for all your help in the purchasing/negotiation/closing process. We will definitely call on you for any future needs.

Scott Dohanish listed our condo in Surfside Beach. We reside in Canada so our expectations of Scott were high. We needed someone to be us when we couldnt be there as well as keep us informed what was happening at all times. Scott was excellent at keeping us in the loop and doing what needed to be done. After accepting an offer, it was determined that we required ITINs from the IRS to close this sale. We worked diligently to acquire these tax numbers and Scott worked diligently in Myrtle Beach right until the close of the deal. This was a bit of a complicated sale as well as a learning experience for us all. Scotts knowledge base has increased due to our sale. He embraced this learning and growth to the degree that I am sure he will share his knowledge with any further dealings. We highly recommend Scott.

I was actually looking to move to Chicago at the time and I really needed to get my condo sold before I could move and get a place of my own up there but it sat on the market for 6 months with only 2 showings (not gonna name the realtor but really bad experience). Jerry met with me and laid out a very detailed plan on how we was going to market and sell my condo fast. When it was all said and done he ended up getting a contract on it within a month and closed with two! My friend is considering moving to Myrtle Beach and I told him Jerry is the man to see. He was very honest with me and kept using phrases like "it would be in your best interest". Its hard to find honesty in a realtor, but Jerry managed to do it. His staff and office are also very nice! Thank you so much once again Jerry!!

We came to Myrtle Beach from Northern Virginia. We had very little knowledge of the area, but found Jerry Pinkas and our agent Bob Natale online, and couldnt be happier!!! We spent half a week on Spring Break touring homes, condos, townhouses, and everything in between. Bob was EXTREMELY patient in trying to understand exactly what we were looking for. We left after looking at probably 30 homes and were planning on doing the same thing in Hilton Head, but Bob called us back because he had found us "the perfect home" and the next day, we toured it, he negotiated a HUGE DISCOUNT which was accepted....he even handled the inspection, and settlement while we were back in VA! Bob and Jerry are now helping a friend find her dream home so she can get away from Northern VA too!

Bob Natale was the agent we used to buy our home in Myrtle Beach. We were moving from out of state and into an area that we were unfamiliar with so we needed someone who knew the area. Not only did we have challenges from our lack of knowledge on this area but we also were financing via a nonconventional method. Bob was the perfect agent. He showed us several properties and he was able to help us eliminate many properties from our list before we even made a trip to see them. He helped us get a great deal and then he even stayed on top of things as the deal stretched out over several months due to the sellers having one issue after another. He was able to improve our deal time after time. We would definitely recommend Bob and the company he represents.

I began working with Bob Natale in January 2014 via e-mail, and we corresponded a couple of time per month until we arrived in Myrtle Beach in May 2014. Based on our previous discussions, Bob had selected several properties for us to view. The second day of viewing properties we found the property we later purchased, Bob walked us through the offer/counter offer process, and assisted us in locating a mortgage company for pre-qualification for a mortgage. The final offer was conducted via e-mail, and through the whole process it was evident that the Pinkas Team is a group of dedicated professionals. Our closing went off without a hitch. I am excited to write this review!! We had the best experience with the Jerry Pinkas team that I could possibly want...It started with the receptionist that answered my initial call, she was a delight and you could tell she likes her job and that first impression means alot to me...Moving forward that is where we scheduled our first meeting with Jerry Pinkas and Ira Sisk...We could not be any happier with their professionalism, attention te detail, the communication and of course the timely way they SOLD our property in Feb. 2015...I would totally recommend Ira Sisk, he was awesome and you could also tell he likes his job..He guided us thru everything and always kept us in the loop!! We were directed to Ira Sisk, as our selling agent, which could not have been a better fit. Ira Sisk was perfection; did what he said he would, return every phone call, cleaned and checked the house between showings, handling every problem that came up and took care of it all from start to finish right down to final closing. When looking to purchase a condo in the Myrtle Beach area, I contacted several Realtors. I finally decided on the Jerry Pinkas Team and Bob Natale was my contact realtor. Unlike the others, Bob stuck with me and guided me through the entire process. He is a good negotiator and stayed in contact with me in Pa. almost daily. He set up tours of over 10 condos and when we decided on one he followed his plan to a T, even picked us up at the Airport and took us to the closing. We have stayed in contact, as I have many questions he has helped me with, I am proud to say he was not only my Realtor, he became a friend.
