So far so good using the GoldenKey agents as our buyers agent. We are building a new house in a +55 community. We like the concept of being able to pick and choose the services we wanted with the buyers agent which allows us to save some money from the commission refund. We went with the bronze package to have the agent attend and guide us for the contract and again at closing. We are experienced buyers and are OK with providing all the other services (found the home, negotiated the price, doing the inspections during construction, etc). The agents assigned to us (Latrice with an assist from husband Torrance) are very professional and asked good questions at time of contract to be sure we understood the builders contract. Several others at GoldenKey (Shane, Luke, Tommy, etc) were helpful to us in verifying our plan and giving us re-assurances on how the process worked. Overall, an excellent experience and I recommend especially if you are buying a home valued over $150K (the higher the home value, the more you save).

Where has this been all my life? Do NOT pay for a full-service realtor every again! Youve got to check out the way theyre doing things at SoloPro if you are considering buying a house. I saw the advertisements and thought that it must be a gimmick -- I wondered how it was possible to get money back when buying a home. I didnt realize that the listing price included so much that was going to the agents. Most of the "agent" work we do ourselves nowadays, so I was glad to see this new way of engaging the agent.

Nice idea for the consumer, but it is possible SoloPro and the agents who use SoloPro are violating NC Real Estate License Law. If youre so inclined, see G.S. 93A‐1 and 2 and Rule A.0502. Agents thinking of using SoloPro should look at G.S. 93A‐6(a)(5) and (9) and Rule A.0109. SoloPro retains roughly 50% of the fees collected from consumers seeking services - services that require a real estate license in North Carolina.

My, my, isnt it amazing that ALL of these reviews are five stars, and ALL of the reviews sound like marketing from SoloPro? One thinks that perhaps these are all written on behalf of SoloPro, and therefore are not credible at all. Dont get fooled by these reviews. It is easy to write and post reviews for your own business.

Nothing like getting a rebate that you can actually use for other services for your home. And for using SoloPro I actually got a discount card for Lowes valid for 3 months, so I can come in and get 10% in everything I buy for 3 months!! No joke, it saves so much money...highly recommend it!
