Team Schaefer was an huge asset in selling my home. The home being a part of a divorce settlement not only had the administrative, economical and emotional challenges experienced in the sale of a home, but those residual aspects of the divorce as well. Two weeks into the home sale preparation, Team Schaefer experienced the challenge ahead of them. I would not have blamed them if they wanted to back out. There was a strong "we can do this" attitude, and we moved steadily forward. While evaluating the home for its listing, contacts for minor repairs were provided. The home was detailed and beautifully staged using the existing items in the home in a way I could not have imagined. The professional photography really captured the important aspects of the home which is critical in online advertisement. All this was done with minimal expenditures and coordination between the two independent sellers... not a small task. The home booked showings steadily and careful analysis of the potential buyers feedback was 100% reviewed and followed-up to understand the concerns of each potential buyer. This feedback was shared and the concerns quickly addressed, if necessary. This feedback consistently improved the showing state of the home while on the market. The closing negotiations were very smooth and expert advice was available when needed. Throughout the whole process there was someone always available to answer questions and address concerns with no delay. If I had to pick some key words to describe my experience they would be Professional, Dedicated, Above and Beyond, and most definitely Ethical. Thank you so much Team Schaefer!
