I had a really awful experience with this broker and their agents. My place was well staged and at a very reasonable price. Needless to say, the broker that I hired did not have my best interest in mind. And when I wanted out, they bullied me to stay in a contract that was NOT in my best interest...and my property remained unsold for several months. After some unnecessary pleading, I was finally let out of my contract....and sold my place after one day of the new listing with my new broker. So, discuss all your options before you sign on the dotted line.

Do yourself a favor and call Robert Measer from Hunt. We interviewed multiple realtors before listing our home with Rob. He gave us some tips to help sell our home and suggestions that we didnt think of. His pictures and video were GREAT! He put a lot of work into showing our house and holding open houses. In the end we received a price that we were happy with and he did a great job on getting everything to close on time.
