Woodroe Realty is awesome. Our Agent Cheryl worked very hard for us til we found the house of our dreams. Meanwhile listing our old house with countless open houses. We looked at I cant remember how many houses and she never missed a beat. She would set up as many appointments as it took to find the house we wanted. With a thin market, never ounce did she try to get us to settle. We just kept looking. It didnt matter how more we would have to look at. Finally one came available that we just fell in love with. Our old house sold. We are living in a house that we could of only dreamed of. My wife and I cant thank Woodroe Realty and Cheryl Wirth for making it all happen. They made it look easy for sure.

Cheryl Krug-Wirth is BY FAR one of the hardest, most dedicated realtors Ive ever met, she is definitely an asset to Woodroe Realty. She takes her time with each client and makes you feel like you are the only one she has. Easy to get in touch with, always calls/texts back, and stays on top of the other people (bankers, other agents, etc) to make sure theyre staying on top of what they need to be doing to make the purchase/sale of a house go smoothly and quickly.
