Bad customer service. Have been renting for 2 months and really regretting working with this company. The terms in their lease is ridiculous and they will not let you see the lease before putting a down payment of first months rent. I have yet to have internet installed after many attempts of getting the owner and providers on the same page. Would highly recommend working with anybody but Lumberton Re/Max.

I really want to express what a great experience renting from Remax was... Ive rented from other local agencies which turned out to be a disaster and Remax really stepped up. Did not have any problems getting my deposit back, they stayed in constant communication even through my new move out of state...I never write reviews but I need to give credit where credit is do... thank you!!!

Staff are friendly but they turn you down easily for rentals! I made credit mistakes when I was younger and Im paying for them now. I was a flood victim after Hurricane Matthew and I couldnt get help to find a place to live.
