I actually miss this gym...i didnt appreciate how great it actually is when i had to live in watertown....but pretty much every machine/piece of equipment you would ever need (has my favorite kickback machine too!) quality squat racks, TRX, kettlebells, and of course all the other typical equipment most gyms have. they have rooms with floor space for stretching and lunges and burpees and such. ...i have been in cleaner gyms....but they do a good job of keeping it clean, ...im just REALLY picky.... its rarely busy... i did hate that its on two levels and i would have to walk up stairs to go back and forth between stuff, but not that big of a deal. has showers, tables to put your water bottle so its not in the way (on both floors) if you have to be in watertown..(im so sorry for you) but if you have to be in watertown....The Gym really is a gem... :-)
