Main Street Yoga is a wonderful studio in the center of Rockport. The teachers are excellent. Any level student is accommodated. The studio has mats and other props if you are in town without your mat. I encourage you to give it a try.

I have attended beginning yoga classes and pilates classes and I am so pleased with my progress. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I cant wait to go again.
