I cancelled my membership After I used the form on their website to cancel in September they continued to Bill my credit card October - December . I made a trip personally inside to their office with the same request and was told no one worked in that department today. I finally cancelled the card. 5 months later their still sending me bills stating they will cancel my membership if I dont pay them and or refer to an attorney. What is this the Hotel California? Joined specifically for use of the pool with my wife. The kiddie pool is always filthy with debris - the main pool is overused and is extremely cloudy the majority of the season. Its really impossible to relax as the kids are having so much fun throwing balls basketballs and generally just doing what kids do in a pool - Covering your drink with your hand and ducking helped lol. Its just too tight very small and overcrowded. I should have taken the advice of members who have golf memberships warning me dont join for the pool. This is not a place to go have a cocktail with the wife and relax at the pool . We love children but not that many in a pool this small . Service was always good we tipped well in addition to the 18%. The pool is in dire need of repairs - mostly cosmetic. My advice if youre looking for a pool go elsewhere. Did I mention the outdoor restrooms .....

I agree with the person who complained about the quality of service received...Yes! Ms Pearl is rude and unprofessional (and this has nothing to do with race- I'm the same race as her) ... Quite frankly, I believe this behavior is tolerated because she is a minority and has been there for YEARS.. The club is nice and nearly all of tbe workers there are friendly ..but it only takes one bad apple.

We have been members now for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience for us. Having two 18 hole courses is such a plus and we never wait for tee times. The staff in all areas of the club are personable and professional and we feel like weve found our home. So glad we decided on Walnut Creek when we moved to Mansfield!

I bid and won a member for a day from a charity auction. We played on a Friday afternoon. There was not a food and beverage cart the entire round. You think they would have told us. And twice we had kids jump on the course in front of us. Waiting on a group of 6 children on a green was unacceptable.

Food is iffy; hope the new chef will provide better food. Service is sporadic but friendly enough. Pearl is snotty but probably cause shes been there awhile and the kids come and go. Doesnt justify the automatic 18 percent tip for customers!!!

Just joined as full member. First time on their course and I had more fun playing here than on the previous dozen or so other courses. Course is well kept and challenging. look forward to my next round.

Great place to play a round of golf, or just relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. Nice place to have a wedding or a reception. Staff is very nice and willing to help out with what is needed.

Cant understand the racist comment from a previous poster Club has integrated membership and staff. People mentioned by name by that poster give top notch service to alll.
