I would give a better review but I purchased 3 bundles of hair its done nothing but shed from the first install almost 2 months ago. When it gets wet the hair just tangles and it takes forever to get it to look semi decent. I did however aware the owner that the ends just got frizzy and nappy and the hair shedded a lot, his response was he will tell the vendor it was purchased from about the situation. Now me being in customer service I wouldve offered a service or even followed up with a customer, that unfortunately didnt happen. Im not mad I just hate I referred my family and friends there and 3 people experienced the same issue with the hair. Needless to say I wont purchase there again but I hope everyone has a great experience
