I was serviced by Keasha twice within a month. The first time she was a little late arriving to the salon but she got me in and out so I was happy. The second time I came for a haircut appointment...she didt even recognize me or at least look at her schedule to know I was a repeat customer, which is unprofessional and did not make me feel welcome as a customer. For this appointment, I explained to her that I wanted a cut but not too short. When I showed her the picture of what I wanted she looked at me with disgust and said "I mean, thats not really a cut" (It was a picture of a bob cut) and then asked to see picture of a different cut. (Huh?) This should have been my clue to not let her put a scissors anywhere near my head. She cut my hair too short (and it wasnt a good cut either with weird long pieces in odd places) and then told me the cut was $20 more than what I originally booked. Apparently, she recently increased her pricing (AFTER I made my appointment) and had an attitude about honoring the original price. She had a very bad attitude and even worse customer service. Ill never be back to her or the salon. I have told several people about my experience with her...and strangely enough they had been to her before too, experienced her attitude and never went back either.

awful, I went to Bronson, my appointment was at 10am, he didnt start on me until 10:30 almost 11am, he over booked his self, and then he charged me 170.00 for a wash, and partial closure, that mind you looked like a wig, then he glued some hair on the side, I WILL NOT BE BACK, I took the hair out the same night. I have to except this as a lost, but if your going to spend 100-200.00 for a hair style, can it at least look like yours :-/ very disappointed, and money wasted.
