I recently had my eyebrow and lip waxed and suffered 2nd degree burn to my lip. My entire upper lip was covered in blister within days of the incident. I contacted the manager but she didnt have any recommendations. Its now over 2 weeks and I have scaring that cant even be covered with make up and I still have a tingling sensation in my lip. Im concerned because the lady that did this was rough and just slapped the wax on and ripped it off. She didnt even take the time to remove the excess wax from my face. She made the come t shes about to get off work. I had to go home and take it all off. My hair even had wax in it. Ive been getting waxed for years but never experienced anything like this and the salon doesnt even seem concerned. I now have to go to a dermatologist to see what can be done about the scaring. Im not the type to complain but when no one seems to care this upsets me and a $20 wax is going to cost me hundred of dollars.

The "hairdresser" gapped my hair up pretty bad. I have frizzy hair. She cut it DRY! Its uneven and looks terrible. All I wanted her to do was trim the dead ends off and frame my face!!! Now I have to go somewhere else tomorrow so someone else can try to fix this mess!!!!!
