RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I had not one but two consecutive bad experiences here, first time they gave me a bad spot on the back of my hair and second time after specifically mentioning what had happened the first time, still the lady shaved my side hair off, now i have to live with it. I always had good experience with great clips in CA and AZ, but at this specific location some of hairdresser are HORRIBLE!!!!!! After this experience i would never be able to trust a hairdresser and great clips again for a long time!!!! P.S. Thanks for who ever tried to fix what had happened, you deserve more stars

If I could write them a zero I would! I told the girl how I wanted my hair cut and the shortest length should have been at my chin level but it ended up being at eye level like bangs! And then they charged me $35 for a style when all she did was put a flat iron on part of the back of my hair when she finally found the one Flatiron in the whole store! I will never return to this place again! And I will tell everybody I know how bad the service is there!

They cut a notch into my mohawk. I already had set lines and its as simple as shaving to the line that separates the long hair from the short hair. The woman shaved a huge notch into my long hair (very long). I instructed her how to shave hair correctly on the other side so she didnt mess it up again. I could get someone off the street to do a better haircut and Ill just ask my friends before I go here again.

It had been awhile since my last hair cut so I was a bit shabby. Sharon paid close attention to how I wanted it cut and gave me a great hair cut. She even shaved the back of my neck, ears and trimmed my eyebrows without being asked, hey when you are fifty you will need it too. I spent a whole 10 min from the time I walked in the door to sitting in her chair. Ill definitely will be back.

Horrible hair stylist. Didnt even ask me what haircut I want. Uneven cut and didnt even brush my hair before using the scissors. Just chopped my hair within 3 minutes like giving a toddler a hair cut. I had better service from Great clips but this old lady was really really bad. Wish I knew her name. Total waste of money.

I only give them a 2 because they gave me a free haircut on Veterans Day... but it is likely the worst "high and tight" I have ever gotten. The stylist seemed far more concerned with how fast she could finish instead of how well she could do the job.

The older stylist with blond hair named Patricia does a HORRIBLE job! My husbands hair looks awful now. We should have known by her own appearance that she doesnt care about good haircuts. Never going back.

Sharon at Great Clips is super friendly and gives amazing cuts and styles! She recently gave me a bold short cut and I LOVE IT!!! All the staff are very friendly and the salon is modern and very clean!
