Wonderful!!! 1st. Im on oxygen awaiting a bilateral lung transplant and extremely sensitive to chemicals so I arrived right when they open ( as to get there before any chemicals get into the air ) 2nd. I received CHRISSY as my stylist Want a Fantastic experience ! She said she had perfume on her shirt and went in back and took it off ( she has a shirt under) "BIG APPLAUSES" Her Sensitivity Toward My Health Was Outstanding! And Then Gave Me The Greatest Cut , Taking Her Time With Every Detail To All The Layering I Requested , I Am So Happy With My Hair & With Chrissy . You See I Was Very Unhappy With A Haircut I Received From ? Back In April 2016 ; From Here & Said I Would Never Go Back; Well I Did And Couldnt Be Happier !!! Thank You Chrissy , You Are A Gem .

The staff is nice enough, but their walk-in policy sucks you can sit in there for an hour and if other people have checked in online they can walk in last second and bump you down, they actually called one guys name who wasnt there but walked in 15 minutes later and still got in before us, they dont tell you when you walk in that you could feasibly be sitting there for hours, must be a recent change because Ive taken my kids there for years, never checked in online first and never had that happen before, oh well wont go back again. Walked out after an hour wait. If I have to make an appointment I can go anywhere else.

Terrible!! Worst haircut ever. I asked for a cut like one of the pictures on the wall, not even close. The cut was very uneven, far shorter than what I asked for, and a completely different style than in the picture. AND she "lined up" my forehead like Im some homie from the hood, thats a very particular thing to do without asking first. Then she argued with me about it and got an attitude when I explained what she had done wrong. I should have known better than to go to a place like that!

I sat there watching while the two stylists took care of the clients they had and got the feeling I should go somewhere else, needless to say I wish I would have followed my gut. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and left with my hair about 4 inches shorter. Got out to my car and cried. Luckily my hair grows fairly quickly. I will not return.

This is probably up there with one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. The lady took maybe 5 minutes to complete it, compared to my normal 15 to 20 minute haircut. As you can imagine, my hair looks like it was attacked by a small squirrel, or maybe a cat. This is not an exaggeration.

Cheap...but they really have no idea what theyre doing if you want anything other than a trim. If you have bangs/layers beinh trimmed though they will always come out lopsided, too short, choppy, or uneven.
