I came in there today to get my hair cut and the woman named I believe (Jessica) cut my hair. AT first it started out Ok, then proceeded to get worse. She started to tell me about all the hours she has been working and that she is supposed to get off by 12 by that isnt going to happen. I noticed a bunch of things going terribly wrong with my haircut, and expressed my thoughts of what I expected. She explained that she didnt know how to blend a hair cut. (REALLY... you are a hairstylist?) So I began looking at all the certificates on the walls and hers looks very different than to her co-workers....... It was taking her a very long time and she liked to talk A LOT! She said well Im finished. It looked like CRAP. I paid and left. My wife kinda laughed and said I didnt know I married Jim Carrey... LOL It was very uneven, not blended and looked down right silly. Like someone with no experience did my hair. I went back to the MasterCuts and spoke with Chloe which by the way is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! And asked her if she would fix my hair and she responded YES! Right away she went to work and took care of all the issues and it turned out AWESOME! Jessica walked over when Chloe was fixing all the mistakes and said on thats how you blend and thin the hair. (LOL!!!) I will only get my hair done by Chloe from Now on. This woman deserves to be Manager and needs a Raise! She was the one there that took leadership of everything, and was working her butt off. She is very good at her job! I actually give this place 1 star if Jessica does your hair! 5 stars if Chloe does it!

I have been going to this hair salon for a year or so because its the only one in the area that does a great job with walk-ins and carries my hair color. I recently however went in there and was GREATLY disappointed. One of the stylist was dying his hair, another one had her face shoved in a cell phone and they all kept singing for some reason. When I usually go I have a appointment with the assistant manager who does an AMAZING job on my hair. This last visit makes me never want to go back. The hair dresser (Ill refrain from describing her because her appearance doesnt reflect the fact I hated her professionalism or lack there of). After washing my hair she just let it hang wet all over my white t-shirt. I SPECIFICALLY said not to use thinning sheers or a razor on my hair and in the middle of her idiotic singing she razored the hell out of my hair and it was already too late before I could even get out one word. She kept taking my smock off to show me my hair leaving me with not only a wet t-shirt but little pieces of hair all over me. Its 50/50 when you go into this salon. Dont expect anything special from any of the younger stylists.

I got my daughters haircut here today by Chloe and everything was great. Chloe was amazing and SHE gets 5 stars. Unfortunately we were seated next to Jessica who was doing a color at the time. Its back to school season and I know kids can be difficult. But saying "UGGGGHH please not another kids cut!" Right next to my daughter isnt okay with me. I wont have her made to feel like she is a burden...she is a paying customer who deserves respect. Right before we were seen a little boy was protesting getting his hair cut and honestly throwing a fit. It made me sad to hear Jessica and another stylist (Who faces the back) discussing the situation right after he left around and eith customers. Motherhood is hard some days, obviously these women either dont have children or were blessed with kids who are agreeable 100% of the time. Not all of us were, so I will be taking my family of 5 and our business to Great Clips. Chloe was great, but the environment was not kid friendly.

My first visit here was less than satisfying as the stylist left my hair full of split ends after being told to cut them all off, but my next two visits were amazing. These stylists were very sweet and skilled. My fine hair is difficult to work with, but they managed it wonderfully. One even did a phenomenal color correction on a smelly disaster I had created by trying to strip a vibrant purple from my hair. Even better, she did it in one sitting and for half the price that another salon had wanted to charge.

Today I got the wash, cut, blowdry, and flat iron by Courtney. I give 2 stars because my hair had lots of product left on it. And the flat iron was not hot enough for my thick hair, so i was left with a wavy poofy mess. Also, while blow drying, she did not use the blow dryer concentrator piece, so my hair was not blown out correctly. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager, and expressed all of my concerns. I was given a small discount ($15 off).

She was extremely rushed and gave me a watered down version of what I asked for. Her main priority was to get me out, and others in to make more money. I wanted to ask her if she would have been happy with hair that looks as terrible as this...

The worst Decision I ever made taking my six-year-old son to get a haircut there. they completely messed up his hair!! Will never ever go there again!
