Sing read close at 9pm not 6pm you let me take a seat for 5 minutes no hello no be with you in a minute, then you say it will be a 45 minute wait, that fine I say, well we are closing at 6pm ok I walked in at 5:40 pm, you could not take me but you say I am not turning you away, so not happy with this, corporate will here about this your franchise will hear about this, 7 years of my business just went out the door and anyone one I can take with me, mainly all the people I have sent there, so so so not happy with this unprofessional customer service.....

I went there to get my hair cut and will never step foot in their business again. She cut it lopsided, I showed her a picture of how I wanted it and it looks like a mullet cut. I walked out crying to my car. Never again will I go there to have my hair butchered. When someone tells you not to cut too much of their bangs off and shows you a picture which clearly shows the hair being longer and not a "mullet" cut, pay attention...

Ive has 4 haircuts here and three of those cuts were bad. The last cut was so bad that even my kids remarked about how the crown was gaped up and different lengths. I went back to cutting my own hair; at least I can get my own hair cut evenly and tapered right.

Its a great clips. You dont come here for wedding hair. you bring the kids here to give the girls practice. Then if you find someone in there with talent just get her number and go with her when she gets her own booth at a real place.
