I have been going here for about 10 years and taking my son the last 6. We did the online check in and arrived about 8:10pm. There was one other customer finishing up when we arrived. Erin took my son. She and the other stylist were so busy talking, they failed to take me. She kept stopping his cut to talk with the other stylist. The other stylist was focused on cleaning and collecting the trash, while talking to Erin. She finally noticed I was waiting, but my son was almost finished. I declined my haircut. She offered me a discount, some manager special, etc. She stated it was almost closing time and she got caught up in that. It wasnt even 8:30. (Receipt when my son was DONE said 8:31) Erin tried taking the blame and said she was talking to her, which was correct, but shouldnt be happening. The customer service was a joke. They kept trying to offer me something. I declined, paid the bill and still tipped her. Worst experience ever and I will never return.

Omg these women were amazing. I walked in with a messed up cut from 4 weeks ago that hair cuttery did... TWICE within a week... (mind you it was totally disconnected, very uneven and I went to the manager the second time for the free fix). the lady at great Clips not only fixed the mess made of my hair but made it look freaking amazing. I will def. Be back to her for my next cut.

Very friendly, great cut, good pricing. Cindy the manager cuts my hair and does a wonderful job. Every stylist at this branch is very courteous. I use the pre-check in online so there is no wait when I get there.
