I HAD been a patron of this place for years....not anymore! Today they called the police on my daughter and I because my Caucasian daughter had my purse (Dolce&Gabbana bookbag) on her back. I had ask them to help me find products and they didnt, yet they sent me to the other side of the store saying it was down the last aisle, I guess so the police could have time to get there. They found absolutely nothing even with numerous police cars outside! What an embarrassment! The police officer apologized to me, the store apologized to the officer...WTF!!!! NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I GIVE THESE BASTARDS MY MONEY...STRAIGHT RACISM. If you dont trust me you definitely dont deserve my money! Thats like paying you to treat me and mine like crap, no thanks...dont shop here people, I went down the street cheaper prices and better service!

I have came here many times and every time I leave disappointed. They do not have a wide selection and is expensive. What I find is most discouraging is when I go in to find hair they Dont carry the usual 1b or b or 2 or 4 . they carry many light browns or blondes. The second, I went in to find hair and hopefully a parted closure piece. I found the closure piece, but was told they do not carry the hair to match it at all. So why carry the closure piece. The selection is mix matched. Its like they just order anything without the customer in mind. Now I will say the customer service is good. The selection is not. Its more a miss that a hit at this place.

I went to this beauty supply/salon for my birthday and I didnt have the most expensive hair. Therefore when I came in everyone treated me terribly. My hair came out so bad even though I had used the brand numerous times the stylist had to re do it. My hair was 18 inches long but when the stylist re did it she had to use 12 inches because the hair was more expensive it was horrible. I just wanted to get pampered for once on my birthday and not have to do my hair myself.

This has to be my favorite beauty supply and believe me when I say, I have been to many! Their friendly, and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I cant even recall how many times he has helped me out! The shop inside the store is amazingly cheap for nice styles. Although their hair prices are great, their products are a little pricey. Overall I have never had a bad experience in this store.

I will not be going back to this store. You have to keep asking for help and when you do get help they act like youre getting on their nerves. I asked for the exact wig off the wig head and she gave me a different one and wrong color. I didnt realize it until I had tore it out of the package. I hate the wig and can not do anything with it. I will be going where people love helping.

My 1st stop for hair!!!! I make the trip from Northwest Suburbs to visit this beauty supply!! About an hour drive for me... They ARE SO worth the drive! Very friendly staff- and they appreciate your business- which is bonus for me. Tons of variety on hair, and very reliable!!

Dont buy anything from them I spent $300 on hair that was so bad I took it out after one week and put in the trash. I told them about and they told me TOO BAD. I DID NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK I WAS JUST LETTING THEM KNOW IT WAS BAD HAIR.
